Yesterday, I purchased your ESYPOS from CodeCanyon. However, I have tried to run the software and installed both Visual Studio 2015, Framework 4.8, and Crystal Reports, but I am still encountering errors and the software is not running.

It looks very good, in fact much better than practically all the desktop ones available here, however a point of sale without cash opening and closing with cash entry and exit control in markets like America is not functional at all. Apart from the use of Crystal Reports being impractical and very outdated, it is time to update to reports embedded in HTML and the possibility of connecting to a MySQL database. In general, we see a job that still has a lot to do but is progressing very well and is really on the way to being a viable application for production.

Regarding reports, we understand your point about Crystal Reports. We are gradually working toward more modern reporting solutions, including web-based/HTML reporting options.
Currently, the system is designed for SQL Server, but MySQL support could be considered as a customization if required.
