Go to admin panel > voice ai > there you will find, plivo settings at bottom, once you have a key, enable the plivo engine.

Just for a re-confirmation. Below is the message from your post and it says “Recommended Plan: Creator Plan” but there’s not Creator Plan in “ElevenAPI”. these are few available plan option: Flash / Turbo, Multilingual v2 / v3, Scribe v1 / v2 etc…

they have recently changed their look & feel along with plans. Dont get confused, still start with Creator plan.
I think you need to check again elevenapi is just a section to make you understand the variety they have. Go down to elevenapi, you will find same plan.
Alright. Now I went down and saw Creator plan below Model pricing. there also it’s set per section such as “Text to Speech API, Speech to Text API, Music, Voice Isolator, Voice Changer, Sound Effects and Dubbing v1”. Whiches ones among the list should I sign for?
All these are products of the elevenlabs, which you can use within same account. Please dont get confused, create a free account and check them out.
I’m new into this and it’s be nice if you guys can add clear screenshots in your documentation about specific required products your script need. Don’t assume it’s easier for everybody like it’s for you. This is so confusing to me at this point. I just need a clear specific product name that I need to buy to make this system work PLEASE. As you can see everything I mentioned in my previous message are separate subscription and they don’t come together as a bulk unless I’m wrong. Forget about the optional ones, I just need te ones that are required.

Specifically:
Should the Voice Webhook and Status Callback be set in the TwiML App settings or directly on the Phone Number configuration?
Where should the Recording Callback be configured — in Twilio Console, TwiML, or within the application code?
A quick step-by-step or pointer to the correct location would be really helpful to ensure we set this up correctly.

You don’t need to manually configure any webhook URLs in the Twilio Console. Our platform handles all of that automatically.
