We are adding SIP Trunk plugin and it will be possible with that only. However make sure local number should support SIP Trunk connection

Okay, can we disable balance system for some users in main system if we add sip trunk plugin? As our end purpose is to on/off feature which users can use own credentials, for users using own credentials system’s own balance system would not show?

Hi, I’m really considering to buy. Please bring an option for BYOK method for Twilio. Users should be able to use their own twilio credentials besides admin owned twilio. Admin should be able to toggle this feature on/off.

Unfortunately, twilio & plivo doesnt support UAE numbers however we are coming up SIP Trunk Plugin which will open up the telephone provider to custom SIP as well. That will help you.

SIP trunk limitation will be defined by SIP provider i.e. elevenlabs & SIP trunk both. Check elevenlabs pricing for concurrency and your ISP provider as well.

I have set everything up but when I call the number it says application error.

I have used OpenAI + Twillio combo.

it works, I made a mistake where I changed the subdomain after installation so I had to restart and deploy again.

1. Current end users still can’t use it because they can’t add a phone number, right?

2. The SIP Truck plugin isn’t on sale yet, so it’s not usable at all?

3. Can’t users add their own phone number? I don’t know how to add a personal phone number for testing, please guide me.

Firstly, you need to understand the model, before making such statements.

1. We have twilio & plivo as telephone provider which means users will buy & use their numbers (admin’s account wil be used)

2. SIP Trunk plugin will be available soon and its use is to allow users to bring their own existing numbers incase they dont want new numbers, 3. Already answered above
