Okay, can we disable balance system for some users in main system if we add sip trunk plugin? As our end purpose is to on/off feature which users can use own credentials, for users using own credentials system’s own balance system would not show?

Hi, I’m really considering to buy. Please bring an option for BYOK method for Twilio. Users should be able to use their own twilio credentials besides admin owned twilio. Admin should be able to toggle this feature on/off.

Unfortunately, twilio & plivo doesnt support UAE numbers however we are coming up SIP Trunk Plugin which will open up the telephone provider to custom SIP as well. That will help you.

Is it possible to manage multiple lines and channels through a single SIP Trunk, and how many concurrent calls are supported?

For inbound calls, is there a queue or overflow mechanism? If an agent is busy, is the call queued, routed to another available agent, or handled by the AI agent as a fallback?

Finally, since the SIP Trunk add-on has not been released yet, is there an estimated release timeline?

SIP Trunk plugin is already awaiting for approval.

SIP trunk limitation will be defined by SIP provider i.e. elevenlabs & SIP trunk both. Check elevenlabs pricing for concurrency and your ISP provider as well.
