To fix the problem with the PUBLISH or SCHEDULE button, just turn off TikTok in the settings. Then the script works fine.

In this new update of today, “Post Now” doesn’t work.

Edited: I just realized now too that even post schedule doesn’t work.

Your latest update, which was supposed to improve everything, is causing more problems than it solves. The scheduling/publishing button is not working. Moreover, when I switch to another user as an admin, I can’t see their content – it just shows a completely empty account.

You’ll probably tell me to open a support ticket, but I can’t do that because my support period has expired. I am waiting for a patch to fix this update. Also, you should finally create a Discord server for your customers.

I didn’t use stackpost in v8… And I just re-installed it in v9.

During configuration, I get a message that says: This license is already installed on another domain. Please resend request reset license at here: https://stackposts.com/app/purchase.

But I can’t send request through my client interface…

Please kindly reset my license so that I can re-install the latest version of the software.

I was able to finalize the installation with all the boxes checked green… But with a 500 error when arriving at the site URL.

And despite diligently reading the documentation, checking the settings… I couldn’t find the cause.

This reminds me (unfortunately) of the many episodes spent on updating this software… Promising but far too time-consuming to be profitable.

Once again, it will stay in “the drawer” until I (maybe) manage to find the solution?!

I just noticed that a team member can change a team name. This is not supposed to be so

I have finally upgraded to v9 and everything is operative EXCEPT Google Business. It is connected but does not display in the dashboard the same way the other social accounts do.

I have searched the documentation but found no answers. Is there something extra that needs to be done to use Google Business in v9?

You misunderstand. I already have a license for Google Business and it is already installed and configured but it does not show up in the dashboard like the others.

What do I need to do to make it display in the dashboard?

If you installed it you need enable on Plans

Hello, in today’s updated 9.0.4 version, the “Schedule” button stopped working on the “New Post” screen (path: app/publishing) and also on the post editing screen for an already published post. When you click Edit to republish the post at another time, it is no longer possible to reschedule the publication.

I purchased many plugins, such as Instagram Auto Activity, Facebook Auto Activity, and others, but you removed all of them. As a result, buyers have lost their money. Did you ever consider replacing users’ purchases with other plugins after removing them? However, you are still selling the Instagram Analytics Addon for Stackposts.

I purchased two products: Stackposts – Social Marketing Tool and WhatsApp Marketing Tool. I downloaded the v8 versions to install and requested a license reset for future installations. It’s been two days and I still haven’t received it. I need it urgently.

I am experiencing an issue with Stackposts. When I try to publish a post, I receive the following error: ‘only photo or video can be accepted as media type.’ However, the file I am uploading is a valid JPG photo. This is a critical issue for my client. I have already tried reinstalling the script, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

I am currently integrating the LinkedIn API in my Stackpost installation, and I am confused about how LinkedIn Profile and LinkedIn Page apps should be configured according to the documentation.

LinkedIn’s current policy states that the Community Management API must be the only product attached to the application. Because of this, we are required to create:

• One LinkedIn app for Profile (Share on LinkedIn + OpenID) • One separate LinkedIn app for Pages (Community Management API only)

However, inside Stackpost Admin → API Integrations → LinkedIn, there is only one set of fields available:

Client ID

Client Secret

There are no separate fields for:

LinkedIn Profile App

LinkedIn Page App

Could you please confirm the correct and recommended configuration method under LinkedIn’s updated API restrictions?
