sudenly they removed my product and takes me to a verificaiton page and the support is not responsive and now all my traffic is going to a page that says verify your whatcrm product which means i’m losing money for nothing now

- I could not find the Tickets option in either the admin panel or the client panel, although I read that it should be available. Is this feature currently enabled?

Description: I am facing a recurring issue with the automation flow. Once a customer completes an interaction, the flow does not trigger again for the same user. Currently, I have to manually delete the customer’s number from the chatbot flow session to allow them to interact again.
The Problem:
Automation works perfectly for the first-time interaction.
Subsequent interactions from the same user fail to trigger the flow unless the session is manually cleared.
For selected options, the bot is sending the same reply multiple times in a row. It seems the system is failing to register the delivery of the first message, causing it to re-trigger the same action repeatedly.
