Before completing the purchase, I need clarification on the following points:

- Is there any way to test the AI feature on WhatsApp before purchasing?

- I could not find the Tickets option in either the admin panel or the client panel, although I read that it should be available. Is this feature currently enabled?

- Does the system support changing the conversation status (Open – In Progress – Closed)? This option does not appear for me.

- Is there a Quick Replies button inside the chat to save time instead of typing repeatedly?

- When purchasing the AI add-on:

—Can the AI reply automatically to customers when I am unavailable?

—Does it understand the customer’s language and respond in the same language?

—Can it handle customer inquiries comprehensively?

- Regarding the PWA application:

—Will I receive notifications (sound or alerts) for new conversations, new replies, or when a conversation is assigned to me?

When embedded signup will support coexistence feature?

Is there anyone from India who can guide me on which card works for WhatsApp API payments? Currently, Indian-issued credit and debit cards are not being supported, and I’m unable to complete the payment setup. Any guidance from someone who has successfully set this up from India would be really helpful.

Hello sushantv990, As per the current information, there is no issue with the Indian credit or debit card. You can easily add them to your meta billing. Make sure your business and your Meta account’s religion is India.

couple of questions: Is it possible to integrate with google calendar? I want to create flows, that check availability in agenda of agents, and share the available time slots for agenda. Separate time slot on google calendar, send reminder, send link, etc. is that possible?

Subject: Issue with Chatbot Session Persistence / Automation Flow Restarts

Description: I am facing a recurring issue with the automation flow. Once a customer completes an interaction, the flow does not trigger again for the same user. Currently, I have to manually delete the customer’s number from the chatbot flow session to allow them to interact again.

The Problem:

Automation works perfectly for the first-time interaction.

Subsequent interactions from the same user fail to trigger the flow unless the session is manually cleared.

For selected options, the bot is sending the same reply multiple times in a row. It seems the system is failing to register the delivery of the first message, causing it to re-trigger the same action repeatedly.

Can I add a new contact from API? I’m reading the API docs and I only saw the sending messages functions from API, but I need to know if I can create a new contact using the API and how, please…

i’ve updated to 5.4 if someone message me it repeats more then 3 -5 times + previous message (repeats with new message and expiry timer resets) anyone also having this issue also ?

Hello there, I’m really confused of the support level you have.

I had bought the script 2 days ago and trying many times to get support from your whatsapp support team with low response rate that can reach 30 hours without any reply or support.

I solved the deployment issues with ChatGPT in more than 4 hours of hard work after getting no support from your side for more than one day.

And now, already installed the script. But after redirection from domain to installer, I got an error message. and as usual no one supported me till the moment.
