Hi Author,

I tried everything , even checked on different browsers. Same error while processing HEIC images.

Hi,

Thank you for your patience and for pointing this out.

There was a minor issue earlier, which has now been fully fixed. Everything is working properly, including the HEIC to JPG conversion.

You can check the demo again now. I have also attached a short video for your reference: https://vimeo.com/1166923230

If you still face any issue, please contact me through my CodeCanyon author profile contact form with your device and browser details, and I will assist you immediately.

I noticed one thing. The image you are using has extention written in small letters (.heic) and the image i am trying has (.HEIC) . MY QUERY: Can you make a change in script so it takes images with capital as well as small letters extensions?

It works with both lowercase and uppercase letter formats. Please clear your browser cache and try again.

Hi Author, Is the issoe related to HEIC to JPG is solved or not? Kindly fix the demo here. i am interested in this script. Thankyou

Are all the images or photos uploaded by users stored on my server or not? Because if all the data is stored on the server, of course this will use up a lot of resources.

No, images uploaded by users are not stored on your server.

The tool is fully front-end based, and all image processing/conversion is handled directly in the user’s browser. Files are processed locally and are not uploaded or saved to the hosting server.

Therefore, it does not consume server storage or create long-term resource usage on your hosting.

I am very interested in purchasing BatchPixel – All in One Image Conversion & Optimizer Tool.

However, it would be absolutely perfect if you could add an autotrace feature. When I convert a PNG to SVG and open it in Adobe Illustrator, it still appears as an image. If it could be converted into a true vector through autotrace, that would be amazing.

Please consider adding this feature.

Thank you for your interest in BatchPixel and for your valuable suggestion. We really appreciate your feedback about the autotrace feature for converting PNG files into true vector SVGs. It’s a great idea, and we understand its importance for designers. We are already considering this feature, and Insha Allah, it will be added very soon in an upcoming update. Thank you again for your support!

Muhammad Rauf is very responsible in his work. He exceeded my expectations! Excellent service! I recommend him to everyone! He’s very communicative, responds quickly to messages, and has excellent technical knowledge!

Hi I purchased this script after reading your huge claims in Item Details page from which some i quoted here “BatchPixel is a powerful, browser-based tool that lets you convert, enhance, and optimize multiple images in seconds. With support for 10+ formats, advanced processing features, it’s perfect for photographers, designers, and developers. All processing happens locally your images never leave your device. Save time and get professional results with zero hassle!”, so i want to know where is that code which can handle browser based 10+ formats? because i do not seen it yet second how DPI, Exif data, web optimization and compression works? I am waiting for your reply so i can know about hidden code. Thanks!

Thank you for your purchase and for your valuable questions about BatchPixel. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our advanced browser based processing works.

Dear Author

Hi there Thanks for your interest in BatchPixel – All in One Image Conversion & Optimizer Tool!

This tool is completely front-end based; it doesn’t require any database or backend setup. You can host it on any type of hosting, including shared hosting, Netlify, GitHub Pages, or any standard web server.

And yes, you can easily integrate Google AdSense or any ad network in the layout to monetize your site. Regards

Hi, I just bought this and IT’S GREAT!! Just what I needed! But, I am getting an error that I am limited to uploading just 10 photos at once. How do I fix this?

Thank you for fixing this quick! I will download it once it’s available.

Thanks again for fixing this! It’s a great program. Suggestion: did you ever consider adding the ability to drag photos in the upload queue to rearrange their order? That way, when you use the {num} feature, you can set a specific order.

Thanks for sharing this! Yes, that’s a great point, having the {num} feature follow the drag-and-drop order makes perfect sense. InshaAllah, we’ll look into improving this experience in a future update so the numbering matches exactly the order you’ve set.

Great work!

Thank you so much! Glad you liked it!
