Hello, if I buy this module from you: SaaS module for Perfex CRM – Multi Tenancy Support, will SaaS clients be able to use notifications for their clients?

SaaS tenant administrators will inheirt the administration flow and access of Perfex CRM.

Thus said, whats happening to a single installation of Perfex CRM, will happen to the tenant installations for admins and their notifications.

Yes, if you purchase Perfex, our SaaS module and this module, SaaS tenants will be able to activate it at their instances, by using the respective license, as long as module is enabled in the plan, tenant was assigned.

Each regular license is supposed to be used under a single instance of Perfex CRM.

I see this plugin needs [WhatsApp Registered Phone Number ID], [WhatsApp Permenant Access Token] and [WhatsApp Business Account ID]. How can get these all?

my support expired. Today When I create new template and integrate. I got an error “Parameter name is missing or empty” Response Code 400 and code is 100. As per Meta’s recent update and Policy, we need to include the parameter name in the request body.

Our module uses official Meta’s Cloud API for WhatsApp – if you can integrate a limit per messages using custom developement, thats fine – however, this is not something that comes shipped with our module.

Regarding the campaigns question, note that our module sends automated triggered messages and custom broadcast messages.

Notification not going for task created and it should go on the date as per the custom remainder we set

Our module is independent – not sure what you are trying to support from the other third party module, but everything except core functions is not supposed to be predirected in terms of compatibility.

Same applies for other modules – no vendor will assure you compatibility with our own module.

2- if I purchase and need custom work are your available? because what i need to send reminders and new reservation in that plugin ?

Yes about the first one.

And we are partially available for custom work – that will depend on the period of your request. Every experienced CI developer will be able to do those changes though.

I have licence for this module and want to use in new domain so i reset my licence key from some link, and install module in my new domain but when i try to active it, it will be active but show error on screen.

and when i deactive it error gone , also talk with CRM support they told me this issue is happen from this plugin so i need to contact to you

Activation shall go just fine there, if you resetted your license key – unless you are facing local technical issues.

every user can open separate what’s app and he can make normal chat

Pease check item’s description and screenshots – this is an automation module, not one that provides live chat.

I reset my password on the platform and still it’s not activating. I had to uninstall and reinstall the new update and now I can’t activate it.

Please double check your keys – the error seems related to wrong key usage.

Guys, doesn’t it allow to send notifications to each staff member assigned to a task or it just send to the first assignee selected ?

As i noticed someone mentioned this ””When i send a message intended for all staff members, it appears that only the first individual in the recipient list receives the message, while the others do not.”“

Is this fixed or not also when can you add more triggers like reminders and auto-generated invoices, proposal accepted or declined etc.

There’s nothing to be fixed. This is how our module works and clearly stated in Item Details page.

This module is under ongoing development, so new features are already on our to-dos list.
