Hello , Can I add different WHATSAPP accounts and split them among different users? So a specific user can use only one WhatsApp account or 3 users can use only one WhatsApp account? Other WhatsApp accounts are hidden from these users, and at las,t an admin can have also access to all WhatsApp accounts and conversations of each WhatsApp account is that possible? And can I hide the number of clients from WhatsApp conversations?

You can use any potential WhatsApp Cloud API Number there.

WhatsApp is not allowing you to hide the conversation participants numbers.

Hi, My requirement is that I want to send bulk WhatsApp API messages, but with dynamic PDF files attached (just like mail merge in Outlook). I have data in Excel, a Word template. A dynamic PDF file is generated from a Word template. This pdf file is sent to the respective client along with a message. Is this solution available with your software?

Hi, i have a Question before renewing the support - While Creating Proposal, Estimate or Anything that triggers whatsapp Msgs, Can that be changed to trigger after i click on send it.

it is triggering even if the Proposal or any documents in draft status, i want that to be triggered in only when it changes to sent.

Hi! I was wondering if it’s possible to use this module for automating communications related to invoicing and internal matters with clients, while simultaneously using the WhatsApp Official Cloud API Chat & Marketing module for Perfex CRM to handle incoming WhatsApp messages?

You can do that, those modules work together with no issues.

One thing I have noticed is that when recording payments, it only affects the customer with the contact numbers in them, which sends WhatsApp messages and receipts from CRM once the payment is recorded. But before the PERFEX updates, it was working very fine and the features were working fine.

Our module was working this way – primary contact was used for this trigger.

Hello, I was facing difficulties accessing the attached files from invoices and tasks that were uploaded before on CRM, and I decided to reach out to the Perfex developer, and this is what they had to say :

“Unfortunately, this is not related to Perfex CRM, the issue is caused by the WhatsApp module you recently installed. Kindly disable the module.

You will need to contact the module developer for assistance with your issue. Unfortunately, we can only provide support for our own modules and Perfex CRM. The module developers are responsible for supporting their own modules and items.

For a quicker resolution, we recommend reaching out to the developer directly through their support channels. They will have the most expertise and the necessary resources to address your concerns. Additionally, you can check their documentation for potential solutions to your problem.

Where do I reset my license?

Hello.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

Hi, After your recent update with CRON job feature, the delay feature is not working, all the triggered messages are in long queue but not sending it out. even if i click to run manually, it is not sending out anything. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use such triggers (invoice creation) to send out notifications with links for the CRM’s area.

We offer this solution for the official Meta’s API. You could still edit its code according to your coding skills and have it meet your needs.

1) If My Whatsapp API is already connected to some other provider such as Twillio or Msg91 etc, do I need to move to your service or only mentioning those numbers are good enough

2) Can I execute sequence of message (one message after another message) Drip messages, is there any way I can do that Ex: After lead is added it should send a welcome message, and after 24 hrs next message, after 3 days another message etc

1. Are there per-message charges from Meta? If so, what is the cost per message? 2. Is vendor verification required for services such as bulk messaging? If verification is needed, can clients handle their own Meta verification, or does it need to be done by the vendor? 3. How are the charges structured—are they prepaid or postpaid?

Can we integrate it with the WhatsApp API? If Yes! then do we need to pay a fee on per message to Meta for using the service?

The second one contains marketing actions (chat etc), whereas the first one focuses on triggering events through hooks of Perfex CRM.
