Hello, We, the users of your software, would like to draw your attention to an important issue that directly affects usability and storage consumption.

When we upload a video, the system generates additional versions in different qualities — 360p, 720p, and others. This is very useful and convenient. However, the original file we uploaded remains in storage, even though it is no longer used by the system.

As a result, we face the following situation:

the original video remains with its full file size

several compressed versions are added on top of it

the total storage size increases two or even three times

storage fills up significantly faster than it should

This is especially noticeable when uploading large files such as MOV, AVI, MKV, and other formats. The original file may weigh tens or hundreds of megabytes, and after conversion it simply stays there unused, taking up space, while only the compressed versions are actually needed.

Request: Please make it so that after successful processing and creation of all required video versions, the original uploaded file is automatically deleted if it is no longer needed by the system.

This would allow the platform to:

save storage space

avoid accumulating unnecessary and unused files

operate more efficiently and optimally

We would be very grateful if you implement this improvement, as it is truly important for all users.

Hey, an essential thing is missing in the reels : The player bar is missing to skip or rewind the video. so you are forced to watch the entire video from the beginning without the option to skip playback time Would you please consider including this aspect in the next version?

Feature Suggestion: Clickable IP Links in AdminCP

Description: In the AdminCP > Users > Edit User > Security tab, the system lists the IP addresses used for logins.

Suggested Improvement: Turn the IP address text into a dynamic link that points to a WHOIS lookup service.

Implementation Logic: Wrap the IP variable in an anchor tag: https://www.whois.com/whois/{IP_ADDRESS}

Benefit: This improves the workflow for administrators, allowing them to instantly check the ISP and geographical location of any IP address with a single click, rather than copying and pasting manually.

Do you offer an installation on Android/IOS App?

I would like to see a feature that lets you view all active invites in admin dashboard and delete old used ones + new ones.

So far i do not see this option so anyone can use it to abuse and staff should be allowed to remove un-wanted invites from the site if needed and also make so only staff can create invites if needed aswell, so some of us who only wants staff to be able to invite can do that while users cannot by setting staff invite only in dashboard.

Last feature i would like to see aswell is Private profiles, Where you can enable/set profile as private.

Efficiency Suggestion: Currently, the OneSignal integration in SNGINE is pre-configured with basic settings. To support Safari Web Push and ensure better subscription rates via Auto-Resubscribe, users currently need to manually modify the content/themes/default/templates/_js_files.tpl file.

To make SNGINE more robust and user-friendly in the upcoming version 4.3, I suggest adding more flexibility to the OneSignal settings in the Admin Panel.

Proposed Solutions for Better Workflow:

Option A (Most Flexible): Add a “Custom OneSignal SDK Code” textarea in the Admin Panel. This allows admins to paste the complete initialization code directly from their OneSignal dashboard: https://dashboard.onesignal.com/apps/--APP_ID--/settings/webpush/install This makes the system compatible with any future OneSignal updates without changing core files.

Option B (UI Integration): Add two additional fields under the OneSignal settings:

Safari Web ID: A field to input the unique Safari ID.

Auto-Resubscribe Toggle: A simple switch to enable/disable the autoResubscribe feature.

Why this upgrade is valuable:

Native Safari/iOS Support: It allows Web Push to work on Safari browsers out-of-the-box.

Seamless Updates: Admins won't have to re-edit their code every time they update SNGINE to a new version.

Professional Control: Gives full power to the admin to manage notifications directly from the dashboard.

I have a quick suggestion to improve the UI for version 4.3:

In the Marketplace, when someone posts a product, the category (e.g., “Cars”) is displayed on the post. However, for Offers and Jobs, the category is not shown on the post, even though the user selects one.

It would be great to make it consistent. Please add the category label to Offers and Jobs posts, just like it works for Products. It’s much better for user experience and keeps the design uniform.
