Good morning, I’m having a problem with my video projects. I’ve noticed that: the image with the logo and text loads, but doesn’t save; the image/video also loads, but doesn’t save. The loading bar shows 100% and the video also shows 100%, but when saving, it doesn’t go to the timeline, it doesn’t save. What could be the problem?

Why POI is not visible in VR mode? Our Ouest oculus of no use. Any solution to this.

Only some POIs are compatible with virtual reality. When you create a POI you see a small VR icon on some types of POI.

I´m planning to move to a new server within Contabo in order to activate all the tools you offer with Simple Virtual Tour. Could you please give me some advice on what would be best for me? Should I perform a completely new SVT installation or preserve the current configuration (I mean, backing up everything and then unzipping it on the new server) ? I´m interested in purchasing your Simple Virtual Tour – A.I. Tools Plugin as soon as everything offered by the SVT-SASS application is running smoothly on the new server.

Hi, my current server is on Contabo and I have a VPS with 8 vCpu and 24gb of ram, based on Ubuntu 22.04 and with Plesk admin interface. The only requirement to have all the tools working is to have a VPS with root permissions and an operating system based on Debian or Ubuntu, for the rest of course it affects the performance, the more cpu and ram you have the better.

No, not directly. Payments are made through Stripe, PayPal and Paddle payment gateways. Maybe Stripe accepts payments by bank transfer but I’ve never tested it.

404 “Invalid Link!” Error After Latest Update.

I am contacting you regarding an urgent issue that appeared immediately after updating to the latest version of your software.

Since the update, all our viewer links now show the following error:

404 – Invalid Link! “Dear visitor, it seems like you’re trying to access a page of the tour that doesn’t exist…”

This link (and others) was working perfectly before the upgrade.

And then you’re the only one who has that problem, all the others who updated didn’t encounter that problem. VHello, there seems to be a problem playing the panoramic video on my mobile phone. https://simplevirtualtour.it/app/viewer/video360 I’m using an Android phone. When I open the panoramic video page in Chrome and Edge, the first video plays, but there’s no sound. The second video plays and has sound, and the third video plays and has sound, but the sound from the second video also appears simultaneously. At this point, the sounds from the second and third videos are playing at the same time.
