Good morning, I’m having a problem with my video projects. I’ve noticed that: the image with the logo and text loads, but doesn’t save; the image/video also loads, but doesn’t save. The loading bar shows 100% and the video also shows 100%, but when saving, it doesn’t go to the timeline, it doesn’t save. What could be the problem?

Only some POIs are compatible with virtual reality. When you create a POI you see a small VR icon on some types of POI.

A regular image, such as a photo or a non-3D landscape, can be transformed into a 3D image.
Can we create a 3D video from a regular image?
To better understand what you want to create can you send me an example that you saw somewhere? I want to be sure I understand, maybe you’re confusing the word “3D” and you mean something else.

Yes, with the video project you can upload images and create a video. There is also the possibility in the gallery to upload more images and automatically create a video slideshow.

It says in the description of the module that Gemini APIs are used, so you will pay Gemini based on its API usage, it is not a fixed subscription.

Hi, my current server is on Contabo and I have a VPS with 8 vCpu and 24gb of ram, based on Ubuntu 22.04 and with Plesk admin interface. The only requirement to have all the tools working is to have a VPS with root permissions and an operating system based on Debian or Ubuntu, for the rest of course it affects the performance, the more cpu and ram you have the better.
What php framework is used? Can you provide an example of an export? In demo, exporting is disabled.

No, not directly. Payments are made through Stripe, PayPal and Paddle payment gateways. Maybe Stripe accepts payments by bank transfer but I’ve never tested it.

When I open the panoramic video page in Chrome and Edge, the first video plays, but there’s no sound. The second video plays and has sound, and the third video plays and has sound, but the sound from the second video also appears simultaneously. At this point, the sounds from the second and third videos are playing at the same time.

There is the possibility of setting a popup to enable the sound if it does not start automatically due to browser restrictions that prevent the sound from starting automatically if there has been no interaction by the user with the browser before.

go the Editor UI – click on the top left sound icon – set Autoplay to “Enabled, with popup” and save.

I am noticing now that someone or a group of people are spamming the system by registering new users to the system.
I guess we cannot prevent that, but the format of the user is the give away.
