Yes, the driver (publisher) has the option to not accept a passenger based on their rating.
So if a passenger has a poor rating, the driver can simply choose not to accept the booking request.

In our app, when a publisher creates or publishes a trip, there is currently no address validation feature implemented. Therefore, this behavior is not considered a bug.

Hi, No, this feature was not available from the beginning. The workflow works like this:
If a driver is traveling from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, the driver posts a ride for that route.
The driver then adds stop points along the route. Users who are within the radius of those stop points will be able to see the ride. They can then book the ride accordingly.
