When a passenger tries to make a payment, they have to click on the designated area, but it doesn’t work. They have to understand that they need to click specifically on the right arrow. This is unfortunate for the user experience because it would have been much better if the entire area were clickable. Could you do something in your next updates ?

During the update, will you be able to correct the fact that the received notification displays the recipient’s first name instead of the sender’s?

When posting a ride, it’s possible to enter a specific address, but this isn’t clearly indicated. A driver could therefore enter only a city (e.g., Paris) and submit without error.

This can create confusion, as the passenger might interpret the displayed location as the exact meeting point which can have major consequences.

Would it be possible to:

• clearly indicate that a specific address is expected (number + street),

• and to alert or block the user if only a city is entered?

In the demo, the passenger can pay with the Wallet even if the balance is zero dollars, and after payment their balance becomes negative. Does this problem only occur in the demo or also when the application is in use?

Even when I pay with Stripe it works, even though it’s the demo, and it works if the wallet balance is $0

Let us have a look at the things and going to release the newer version soon if there is any issue with the same. Thanks for letting us to know.

Thank you

The app allows you to change the rating as much as you want, is this a bug?

Thanks for your kind suggestions. We will take care of it in the next release.

Thank you

When you look at the reviews, there are stars but not the name of the reviewer. Is that normal? Without the name, it seems like a fake review

Thanks for your kind suggestions. We will take care of it in the next release.

Thank you

When a user deletes their account, is their data automatically deleted?

Yes, of course, we shouldn’t delete “all data” in the absolute sense, but rather follow a logical approach:

- When a user deletes their account:

• Their personal data must be deleted or anonymized (name, email, phone number, photo, etc.)

• However, non-personal data can be retained (transactions, history, logs)

- The objective:

• To make it impossible to identify the user • While maintaining data consistency (reporting, payments, disputes)

This would require:

• Keeping an internal user_id

• Replacing personal information with “deleted user”

• Retaining data related to trips and payments

• Not storing unnecessary sensitive data

The key is to perform automatic anonymization.

When a user is deleted, their account and profile picture are permanently removed. In addition, all associated data is also deleted, including:

=> Support requests and reported issues

=> User reviews and ratings

=> Vehicle information linked to the user

=> Verification details

=> Wallet history

=> Withdrawal and payout history

Ok that’s good. Thank you

When I receive a message, my name is displayed above the message, whereas I should see the sender’s name.

The sender’s name is currently displayed in the AppBar. Thank you for the suggestion—we will also implement displaying the sender’s name above each message.

Thank you, but the recipient’s name should also be removed as it is unnecessary.

It’s not necessary to display the sender’s name above each message. Actually, I meant that the recipient’s name should be displayed instead of the sender’s. Now, it seems to be working correctly, but the problem lies with the notification system because when you receive a message notification, it’s the recipient’s name that’s displayed. Also, the sender’s email address shouldn’t be visible on the message screen because it’s confidential and unnecessary to display it there

Hello, Is VAT added to the commission?

No, we do not have the functionality to apply VAT/Tax on commission.

What is the purpose of the “report” button on the “ride detail” page?

Users can report a ride if they have any concerns regarding the publisher, and the admin will take appropriate action.

1.When a passenger selects cash payment, should deduct the platform’s commission and pay the driver? .Or is the amount they owe displayed?

In the driver wallet admin commission will deduct in cash payment.

Is it normal for a driver to be able to start and finish a ride before the scheduled date?

Yes, the current flow is working that way.

Have you planned to add the “accept and refuse passenger” function like in BlaBlaCar?

We don’t have any plan for the same.

Does Google accept the app and not see it as a copy of BlaBlaCar?

Google definitely accepts apps, and we have already successfully gotten many applications approved for our clients.

worst experience, worst theme. 100% time and money waste. 1. using firebase even for backend. 2. I bought this template just becasue they mentioned PHP laravel. And i thought the backend will also be in laravel. But they are using php just for front end.

is web version ready now? where can we see the demo?

Yes it is available now. You can check demo through below url.

Hi ! which button should the driver click to accept or reject a request?

In the publisher ride details screen, there is an option to accept or reject requests.

I find only a « report » button but not other

Please share a video showing the steps you are following so we can review and explain.

Hi, What is the point of passenger ratings if the driver has no option to refuse a poorly rated passenger?

Hi,

Yes, the driver (publisher) has the option to not accept a passenger based on their rating.

So if a passenger has a poor rating, the driver can simply choose not to accept the booking request.

Thanks.

Hi, do you plane to offer a website ?

Is it normal that the driver does not have the option to accept or refuse a passenger?

The driver will have both options available — to accept or reject.

Is this function something I need to activate on the dashboard, or does it not work in the demo? In the demo, the passenger is accepted by default.
