Does the basic version include Distress Effect?

The basic version does not include the Distress Effect. This effect is part of the Addons Bundle for Lumise Product Designer, which adds extra features such as Distress Effect, template assignment, Dropbox sync, and more.
If you need the Distress Effect for vintage or worn-style designs, you will need to install the Addons Bundle in addition to the basic Lumise plugin.

At the moment, the features you described are not currently supported. The preview cannot be embedded directly inside the product page, and the editor cannot be simplified to only allow image upload with preview without accessing the Lumise design tool.

1. Is it possible to get access to the admin dashboard before purchasing? Your demo does not seem to be working, so I am currently unable to properly review the system.
2. I noticed that quite a few users are reporting issues with the plugin, apparently following a recent update. What is your expected timeline for fixing these problems? I do not want to purchase a plugin that is already known to have unresolved issues.
3. After a customer places an order through the system, what exactly does the site administrator receive? If I use the sticker editor, I would like to know if changing the dimensions changes the shape of the sticker where the image is applied.
Example: 50×50 (will show me a perfectly round or square sticker) 200×50 (will show me a rectangular or oval sticker) etc.

That’s a joke. I just bought the plugin and installed it on a new WordPress with WooCommerce on a server with PHP 8.3. When I go to the Add New Printing tab, I get the error: A critical error has occurred on the website. You can find instructions in your site administrator’s email. All other plugins are disabled.
