It is mandatory to use PHP 7.4 to run the application, contact your hosting service provider and ask for supporting PHP 7.4, else you may need to change hosting service.

The swipe machine works independently and is not connected to the application. If you receive any payment through the swipe machine, you will need to enter the payment manually in the system.
the system does not allow me to process sales on a 30-day credit term. When I attempt to complete a transaction without selecting a payment type, I receive a popup message stating, “Please Select Payment Type!”
Could you please advise on how I can enable sales on credit terms? I am currently unable to process these transactions.

today i have setup on yesterday and, no need to support ,its basic fetcher for application. I want only need to process its work with pos but via add new sales its not working fix it on next update. its basic requirement .
- There is no 30 credit or any days credit limit in the application.
- If payment amount is greater then 0 or not empty then you need to select payment type.
I hope want to add credit limit in days.

I imported products into the pos for the second time and they were written twice. If I import them for the third time, they are tripled. How do I import products for the second time without having them twice?
- Why you imported data multiple time, if products are exist, if you importing same data then you need to delete items manually from the application.

This will enable us to sell at retails and as well as wholesale.

Hi, You can enter the price in the Before Tax column for the purchase price. As I tested in the application, all sale prices, purchase prices, and opening stock entries are created in the Stock Adjustment list.

Hello, I need help with the website https://dealuminio.com.ar/dashboard. I purchased their POS system and want to update the prices in bulk! How do I do this? I already uploaded the same list I uploaded initially, but with the new prices. However, when I open the list, both items are there: one with the old price and one with the new price! I want to delete the new one, but I can’t! I need a solution because I have more than 3,000 items and I can’t change the prices one by one! Thank you very much.
- You can import same item once, else after uploading you need to delete all records from the items list. Login -> Sidebar -> Item List -> Check mark all -> Delete
- After deleting you can import new list of items.

If you are unable to delete the records due to existing entries, then bulk price updates via a CSV file cannot be uploaded.

Which brand barcode reader support ?
Hi, Yes, you can connect a barcode reader to your system. The barcode scanner is not dependent on the inventory application; it is completely installed on and depends on your system.
If your system supports a barcode reader, there will be no issue with the inventory application. The barcode scanner works just like copy and paste—when you scan the barcode, it automatically pastes the value into the input box.
Before moving forward, please test the demo application with your barcode scanner. Please let me know.
