Hi, I have a few questions:
Can Bunny Storage be integrated for both videos and photos? Also, will videos be able to play directly from Bunny?
I would also like to understand how a PWA app can be developed for individual creators, accessible on both Android and iPhone devices.
Additionally, will individual creators receive notifications whenever they make a sale? Similarly, if a user is subscribed to a creator, will they receive notifications on their mobile through the PWA app whenever the creator posts new content or goes live?
Hello,
Thank you for your detailed questions. I’m happy to clarify everything clearly.
Bunny Storage can be integrated seamlessly for both photos and videos. Once the Bunny Pull Zone and CDN URL are configured correctly, videos can stream directly from Bunny’s infrastructure. In this setup, media files are delivered through Bunny’s CDN, ensuring stable and efficient performance.
Regarding the PWA, the system already includes a site-wide Progressive Web App that can be installed on both Android and iPhone devices. However, separate branded PWA applications for individual creators are not available by default. Creating a dedicated PWA per creator would require additional development, such as assigning a separate domain or subdomain, implementing dynamic manifest configuration with custom branding elements, and setting up creator-specific notification handling. While technically possible, this falls under custom development rather than standard functionality.
In terms of notifications, creators receive in-app notifications for subscription sales and tips. Web push notifications are also supported if they are enabled in the admin panel and the user has granted browser permission. For paid post purchases, creators receive an in-app notification and an email notification flow is available; however, there is no dedicated web push trigger by default. Product sales are processed successfully, but a specific push notification for the creator is not included as a built-in feature.
For subscribers using the PWA, push notifications are supported when a creator goes live, provided that the push system is active and the user has granted permission. However, automatic web push notifications for standard new content posts are not currently included as a built-in feature and would require additional customization.
Once you join the Dizzy family, please remember to create a support ticket through the official support panel for any technical questions or configuration guidance. After purchase, full assistance is provided throughout the setup and configuration process.

Hi, your Dizzy script is very impressive but I think it is a bit unresponsive and slow. Maybe the demo is on a slow server or do you need to optimize some? Thanks
Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to test the demo.
The public demo environment occasionally experiences high traffic and concurrent testing, which can affect responsiveness at certain times. It is configured primarily for demonstration purposes and is not running on a dedicated, high-performance production infrastructure.
That said, performance optimization is an ongoing priority in Dizzy’s development roadmap. Each update includes improvements in database query efficiency, asset loading, caching mechanisms, and overall front-end responsiveness. The script itself is built on a scalable architecture, and when deployed on a properly configured hosting environment with optimized PHP and server settings, it performs significantly faster and more smoothly.
Thank you again for your valuable observation.
Regards
hello, could you please add a css function where we could set our own style for night mode css, not just for day mode. and in the night mode there is an error with the “buy points” button, a very large window pops up
and set redirection when buying a frame with a zero account to buy points
thanks
Good evening, I was uploading all the files to test how it would be, but the .htaccess file wasn’t in the folder. I reverted my site to the old update because that file isn’t in the update folder. Please check it, because if it’s missing, other users will experience the same problem.
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
First, please note that the .htaccess file is part of the main full installation package and is intentionally not included inside update-only folders. Update packages contain only modified or newly added files. Core server configuration files such as .htaccess are not redistributed with every update in order to prevent accidental overwrites and server misconfiguration.
If the .htaccess file is not present on your server, this typically happens for one of the following reasons:
- The file was not uploaded during the initial full installation
- Hidden files are not visible in your FTP client
- The file was manually removed or overwritten
All official full packages include the required .htaccess file. When installation instructions are properly followed, other users will not experience this issue.
Please also note that your support period has expired. Therefore, I am unable to provide technical investigation or environment-specific assistance at this time. If you would like continued support, you may renew your support license via Envato to regain access to technical assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.

Upcoming v5.3.8 Roadmap:
View 5.3.8 Development Roadmap
One thing I noticed about the status: if a user uploads a video with audio, the audio is cut off. This should be reflected in the status, and the video owner should be able to add music instead if they want. The other thing is unwanted users. I searched the entire panel and there’s no option to remove or ban users from the platform. If a disguised child enters or a user violates the platform’s privacy policy, there’s no way to punish them.
Thank you for your comment.
Regarding the audio behavior in status videos:
When a user uploads a video that already contains an audio track, the system intentionally disables the additional music overlay option. This is not a malfunction. It is part of the current media processing logic designed to prevent audio stream conflicts, double mixing, and synchronization issues during encoding.
At present, the platform prioritizes preserving the original uploaded audio track. However, your suggestion about allowing creators to optionally replace or override the original audio with music is valid. This would require controlled audio stream management and proper FFmpeg remapping to ensure stable processing. I have noted this as a potential enhancement for future updates.
Separately, regarding video sound playback:
If a video appears muted on initial load, this is due to modern browser autoplay policies. Browsers automatically start videos muted to prevent unwanted sound playback. The audio is not removed. It can be enabled manually using the speaker icon in the top-right corner of the player.
Regarding user moderation and banning:
The ability to suspend, restrict, or ban users has been available in the Admin Panel for years. Administrators can disable accounts, block access, and enforce platform policy violations directly from the user management section.
Before concluding that a feature does not exist, please review the Admin Panel carefully, as all necessary moderation tools are already implemented within the system.
The platform includes the required technical and administrative controls to manage unwanted users and enforce privacy and safety policies.
Good day. Before purchasing, I’d like to clarify whether other payment systems will be added in future updates. I’m interested in the following payment gateways: yookassa, robokassa, freekassa, walletone.com, payeer, and intelectmoney. Will anything be added soon?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I continuously expand payment gateway support. YooKassa is currently under development, and additional gateways such as RoboKassa, FreeKassa, WalletOne, Payeer, and IntellectMoney are being evaluated for future updates based on demand and roadmap priorities.
Please note that YooKassa will not be included in the upcoming 5.3.8 update.
Best regards,

When buying digital products on the marketplace, does downloading happen instantly, or should there still be some kind of message with the seller?
Thanks for asking! Digital products are delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. You don’t need to message the seller to download. Once the purchase is complete, a “Download your file” button will appear on the product page. If your payment method needs confirmation, the download will appear right after it’s approved. https://ibb.co/sdwg22n7
Please reset my license.I was open ticket. Thanks
Your ticket has been answered. The reset process is complete.
Is there an exact date for the new update?
Thank you for your interest in the upcoming update.
At this stage, I prefer not to provide an exact release date. Setting a fixed date for a major update is not always the most responsible approach, especially when the goal is stability and quality rather than rushing a release.
This update will be a substantial one. It includes multiple structural improvements and new features, so I want to ensure everything is properly tested, optimized, and production-ready before publishing it.
I am actively working on it and moving as efficiently as possible. My priority is to deliver a stable and well-polished version in the shortest reasonable time, without compromising quality.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Is there already an option to access all members’ private messages? It’s important for security and verification purposes.
No, the admin cannot access private messages. However, I will create a page in the admin panel to access all messages sent by users in the future.
Right, it’s important for handling harassment and threats. Even with a report system, admins and mods need to see the full conversation to properly verify what happened.

Upcoming Roadmap Preview – What’s Coming Next
Thank you for your continued support and trust
Please add wbtrc for live streaming, most apps and website on codecanon are having free live streaming, which will make admins not to spend on agora
Thanks for the suggestion. I think there is a small but important technical misunderstanding here that is worth clarifying.
WebRTC by itself is not a “free live streaming” solution. It is simply a real-time communication technology. The actual cost depends entirely on how the stream is hosted and scaled.
For example,
Let’s say you have 1 broadcaster streaming at 720p (around 3–4 Mbps) and 100 concurrent viewers.
In this case, the broadcaster sends roughly 4 Mbps to the server, but the server needs to deliver about 400 Mbps continuously to viewers. Over a month, this easily turns into 130–150 TB of outbound traffic.
To handle this properly with WebRTC, you need more than just WebRTC support:
- an SFU media server (mediasoup, Janus, LiveKit, etc.)
- TURN services for NAT and firewall cases
- strong outbound bandwidth
- ongoing monitoring and maintenance
In real production environments, a setup like this usually costs somewhere between 300 and 800 USD per month, depending on traffic and infrastructure. As the audience grows, the cost grows with it.
So while there may be no Agora subscription, the expense does not disappear. It simply shifts to servers, bandwidth, and operational responsibility. For many admins, self-hosted WebRTC becomes more expensive and less stable at scale.
Most scripts that advertise “free WebRTC live streaming” either limit usage to 1:1 calls, or provide demo-level implementations that are not designed for real traffic.
This product focuses on stability and scalability in real-world usage, rather than marketing a “free” solution that introduces hidden costs later on. I prefer to be transparent about that.
Ok thank you for explanation
I’ll give you a tip, this is very useful, especially for those of us who are against pedophilia.
The admins/owners of the code could enter any live stream and not be removed. This would help a lot if a child or adult is streaming with a child, and banning by MEC and IP would really help to combat the same irregular user returning.
Thanks for suggestion
