i install the code in my vps if i remove it i mean remove all the files from my server and re upload it again the purches code will work again in the same ip right ?

It is generally allowed to change servers as long as license verification does not conclude the changes to be abnormal.

Why in your Docs guide dont show things that when i’m in the VsCode app asking for like Keystore and SHA-1 and SHA-256 things? Why?

We are currently facing two critical issues in the ride workflow. After double-checking all configurations in the admin panel and testing multiple scenarios, the issues are still occurring:

Driver commission is not being deducted from the driver wallet

The ride is completed normally

A ride price is shown in the ride details

However, no commission is deducted from the driver’s wallet

No wallet transaction is created for the platform commission

This happens even when:

Commission is correctly configured on the Service

Minimum Ride Fee is set

The driver has sufficient wallet balance

The ride status is finished

Ride cost is calculated using the estimated distance instead of the actual distance

The final ride price matches the estimated price calculated before the ride starts

The price does not change even if the driver travels more or less than the estimated route

The final cost does not reflect:

Actual GPS distance traveled

Actual ride duration

It appears that pricing is calculated before Start Ride and not recalculated after End Ride

Additional Notes

Per Hundred Meters and Per Minute Ride Time are enabled

No Override Zones are applied to these rides

The driver starts the ride from the driver app, moves a measurable distance, then ends the ride

Despite this, the Final Ride Cost is not based on actual tracking data

The logic used to calculate the Final Ride Cost after the ride starts

The conditions required to deduct platform commission from the driver wallet

Whether these rides are being treated as revenue-generating rides internally

Hi, i bought the Ridy app in Codecanyon website.

I see that your support is worst contact to since you don’t answer the questions in the codecanyon comments.

I tried several times to login in the support webpage, but always say`s that i need to receive a code in my email, but i never receive it. Your support is the worst.

Now i`m looking for the new features for Ridy app, i need help.

I paid for the software, but the support is horrible. I tried several time as well to install the admin panel, but when arrive in the login page that i try to put the user and pass as admin/admin , not working. After this, the page become black and nothing else happen. I paid a develop, but also with him happened the black page with the follow error:

We don`t know how to proceed and what to do. I`m seriously need help.

I tried to refund you don`t let me to refund my money back. I`m not obligated to keeo a product that i didn`t like. It`s not fear. You only think about your money and don`t care about the costumers that didn`t like your software.

But in the admin area settings the only option is Google Maps API.

The guide and item advertisements is about Mapbox as a Map UI library, not a routing solution.

Before purchasing, I’d like to clarify how the delivery dispatch system works in detail. For example:

  1. Suppose there are 5 drivers (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) and at the same time 3 customers (Customer A, Customer B, Customer C) press “Book Now.”
    • Will the system send notifications to all 5 drivers simultaneously?
    • If one order (e.g., Customer A) is already assigned to a driver, will the system then send notifications to all available drivers about the remaining orders from Customers B and C?
  2. Additionally, I’d like to know:
    • How does the system decide which driver gets priority (nearest driver, fastest response, round‑robin, or broadcast)?
    • What happens if no driver accepts the order — does the system retry, escalate, or cancel automatically?
    • Can the system handle multiple concurrent bookings without conflict (e.g., two drivers accepting the same order at the same time)?
    • Is there a queue or fallback mechanism if all drivers are busy?
    • Are notifications sent via push, SMS, or in‑app only?
    • Can dispatch rules be customized per merchant (e.g., assign only to drivers in certain zones)?

1-Ridy supports broadcast dispatch mode (e.g., all close drivers, up to 10 drivers, and within 10km receive the notification, and the first one to accept it takes it). However, BetterTaxi offers more fine-grained control over dispatch mode, with various options and parameters, such as Sequential dispatch mode (e.g., at the same time, only one driver sees the ride, with scoring, etc.).
2-The order gets expired.
3-Both apps have a Redis lock mechanism to prevent double acceptance even if hit at the same time.
4-Ridy would expire the order eventually after 10 minutes if no driver accepts it.
5-Ride notifications are sent in-app and via push. We haven’t integrated an SMS for ride, although the infra for SMS already exists if a buyer is interested in adding one.
