You are doing a great job but I just want to quickly suggest something as follows on the seller subscription plan:
1) Product Upload Limit
2) Wholesale Product Upload Limit
3) Preorder Product Upload Limit:
4) Digital Product Upload Limit
seller should be able to buy subscription plan using the unclaimed balance in their seller account also.

Yes already those are under our item update pipeline.
SUGGESTION/REQUEST: Please consider adding the option to assign a specific commission rate to a specific seller subscription plan and add that commission rate to the seller if seller commission is enabled. Also add the option so a subscription plan can hide the time period valid/infinite.
Normally people are demanding category base commission system as we are providing. End seller commission system is not regular process that maximum customer demands. So if you will need such process then it will better for you to customize the item as your demand. According to your account information it has been seen that your support pack is expired from March 2025. So we are requesting you for renewing your support pack as soon as possible.
Maybe adding/creating a 4th Commission Type such as “subscription commission based rate” option would also be a VERY useful and great feature for this system.
If customer demnd will align with the same way what you are demanding then we will implement. We hope you will not avoid the matter of your support renewal which passed almost 01(one) year.
Hi, I have a technical question specifically about the multivendor add-on. Does the add-on allow each vendor/store to have its own payment gateway configuration (separate API keys per store), so that payments are processed directly by the vendor, while the platform only charges a monthly subscription and does not take commissions?
Also, is this achievable without modifying the core, only extending the add-on configuration?

I am an Active eCommerce user and I have some pre-purchase questions:
1. Is there any possibility to assign specific modules according to the subscription plan?
2. Will there be an option to set the number of employees (users) that can be added to an account based on the plan?
For example:
In the Silver Plan, I would like to allow subscribers to use only the core features, or optionally assign extra modules to that plan.
In the Gold Plan, I would like to have checkboxes for selecting additional add-ons that can be included in the subscriber’s plan.

SUGGESTION: Please make the Product upload limit and duration OPTIONAL so that if it is disabled or left blank it does not show on the available packages as if the package can be for lifetime durations as well. Thanks

The commission system operates independently from The Shop. Our platform supports multiple commission types, none of which are tied to or influenced by subscription plans. Thanks.

Hello, sir. Congratulations on this wonderful system. However, I have a question regarding this module. Can every Seller can use all the other modules, or just the core Active eCommerce cms?
Thanks for your interest, every add-on could be used by seller, some of them needs to be allowed by admin. e.g. Refund could be used by all seller, but auction, wholesale these needs to be allowed by admin.
Just realized the activation issue, i was not alone for addons.
New issue, logical and not technical
Seller buys a package say Package A of 200 items. He uses 50 uploads making balance of 150
Now, he upgrades the package Package B of 500 items.
In a logical world, the balance should be 500 of package B and 150 balance of Package A making it 650.
Surprisingly, the addon shows Package B – Package A used (500-50=450).
Kindly correct it as sellers will sue us for such deals where it seemsd we are stealing there money
Kindly do not ask for credentials as again i will say – this is a lkogical issue and not technical issue. Check in your UAT systems , do a similar case study and fix this issue.
Let me know the update on this. We cannot use the packages till this is resolved. Ticket 1264 also raised.

I think you have not understood the issue here. Very basic stuff – you pay for 100 $ for 100 items, you used 50. Balance is 50$. Now you upgrade to 200 $ for 200 items How much should be the balance?
200, 250, 150? If you answer 200 or 150. Ethically its wrong. 250 will be the answer but your application is removing the balance of 50 from the first package and also reducing the used items of first package from second package. lol.
The logic is a problem here. If this is not fixed, we will request refund as this is not we or any company will like to deal with regulatory and legal issues with consumer protection forum in India or in US.
If you assume this is a requirement issue, i differ here if no one has raised this concern here. I will opt for refund.
This is not a specific business model. 1+1 = 2 is a global fact. But never mind, i understood where you are coming from (cost benefit of resolving this issue might be higher for you guys).
If the Bug is accepted as a feature, my concern is much bigger than 25$ spent on this addon
If still it is not accepted and corrected, i will only ask for refund as your reply shows that it is a feature – that worries me as it will be lived as feature and never be corrected and i have handle all lawyers in Bangaldesh, india and US.

What you said and explained above, if it would have worked that way, I would have kept it and tweaked my model and explained my sellers.
I am fine if it doesn’t carry forward but it’ even shouldn’t deduct my usage in old package from new packag . If I bought 2000 item package, it should show 2000 items and shouldn’t reduce items i consumed that was part of old package.
I may sound harsh cause we have other portals and had some terrible legal experience because of applications, hence worried.
I am open to discussion and explain your team the real issue if you are open to it via Google meet, whatsapp, wechat anything.
Again , even if I go by your business model… issue is , on upgrade system should show 2000 items if I have bought 2000 items and not deduct anything. I am less worried about balance forward. I am more worried it deducts what has been consumed as part of old package from new package.

Nope. If you will shift your domain or use your same purchase code on different domain then you will need to activate again.
