সেলার সাবস্ক্রিপশন এডনে অটোমেটিক কোন ফিচার পাচ্ছিনা সম্পূর্ণ ম্যানুয়ালি কাজ করতে হচ্ছে, এটা আমার কোন সমস্যা নাকি আপনাদের ফিচার লিমিটেশন একটু বলবেন প্লিজ। যেমনঃ ১। সেলার ৩০ দিনের প্যাকেজ নিচ্ছে ৩ থেকে ৪ মাস যাবৎ ব্যবহার করতেছে, কোন প্রকার ইফেক্ট কাজ করতেছেনা, ম্যানুয়ালি তার শপের এপ্রুভাল অফ রেখে তাকে সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি দিতে বলতেছি।
আসলে এরকম-ই কি হওয়ার কথা? সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হলেতো শপ অটোমেটিক অফ হয়ে যাওয়ার কথা, এবং সেলারকে মেইলে নোটিশ করা কথা। তাই নয় কি??
It seems this issue is occurring because the cron job has not been configured. Please refer to the documentation included in the main files. Specifically, look for instructions on ‘How to configure a Cron Job to unpublish expired seller products?’
Once located, follow the steps outlined in the documentation to set up the cron job properly. This will ensure expired products are automatically unpublished.

Is this module compatible with the affiliate module?? I want my affiliates to selll seller subscriptions

Currently, the Seller Subscription Add-on and the Affiliate Module don’t automatically link in a way that affiliates earn a commission when a seller subscribes through an affiliate link. However, this is a valuable feature request, and I’ll share it with our development team for consideration in future updates.
This Add-on Version 2.1 is not compatible with Active Ecommerce version 9.x? 1. Seller package submission does not work, and cannot add any product. Show error “Please upgrade your package”, although have remaining uploads. 2. Seller cannot submit any package, nothing change for seller package information.

Feature Request: Add storage limit in gb as a customised feature in the packages. Also the only thing you can customize is the product limit. There should be more than that such as only specific plans can access the pos feature etc

From the demo, i do not know whether i am the one who is not doing it properly. When somebody registers as a seller, he gets approval from the admin to officially start selling. But from my experience,, seller registrations and approval by the admin is working properly but there is a problem when the seller decides to upgade a package maybe to be able to post more products, the request to upgrade package is not reflected in the admin sides hence making the seller upgrading package impossible

still no customisations for plans except of number of products and duration.
please add option to allow owner to chouse what to add like enable/disable coupons, and number of orders and some others. custom comition per plan will be welcome.

pre-purchase question: 1. I have noticed a very serious error: if a seller first subscribes to the gold. and then clicks down to a lower plan, the seller loses their high subscription. Lower plans should be disabled by default.
2. (error) I have noticed that if a seller subscribes for 1 day in a high plan. and load for example 500 products. that 500 products are seen public on the seller’s page are not deactivated. they should be disabled (the total number of visible products should be equal to the current package you have chosen)
3. the minimum subscription should be active by default for each vendor (free example) or when the subscription expires go to the free package.
1. In a real system, is it possible that some one purchases a subscription and after then they come again to purchase any lower plan? 2. Couldn’t understand. Why should it be disabled? 3. Thank you for your suggestions.
in a real system of course that would not happen. but maybe a newbie presses by accident. there should at least be an alert. saying: “Are you sure you want to upgrade to a free subscription? You are currently on a gold subscription.” if you are on a high subscription. By default, the minus level subscription should be disabled until the period of days expires.

Why does sellers have to write the same information twice on profile and shop it’s unnecessary and confusing for some please simplify this.
mydomain.com/seller/profile and on mydomain.com/seller/shop
Also the button to visit the seller shop is only found in this page mydomain.com/seller/shop please add on dashboard as well.
The map not loading bug is still not fixed (autocomplete also not works map not visible only works with autocomplete addressed pointed) reported this like two month ago

in other words autocomplete work in this page seller/shop but does not work in this page when adding new address seller/profile Please fix.
Another urgent bug found if a seller has a ”/” in his name for example : “Fast Food / Express ” the link to visit his shop will be “mydomain.com/shop/Fast-food-/-Express ” it won’t work !! It will show ” Page Not Found!”
