Thank you for your previous reply.

We would like to clearly explain our situation and concerns, as we are currently facing multiple issues with the system.

  1. 1. Customer Screen (Main Issue)

We are using two POS touch screens (cashier + customer screen).

Right now, every time we start the system or log in, we must manually drag and move the Chrome window to the second screen for the customer.

This is not practical for a real store environment.

What we need:

  • The customer screen should automatically open on the second monitor
  • It should instantly show all scanned products and totals
  • No manual drag-and-drop every time
  • This should work directly when the cashier logs in

Please let us know: When will this feature be available?

  1. 2. We Are Using Browser (Important)

We are using the system through Google Chrome because there is no Windows desktop application available.

We strongly suggest:

  • A Windows desktop app version for better stability
  • Better handling of dual screens
  1. 3. System Problems & Bugs

We are experiencing several issues:

  • Profile/settings cannot be clicked sometimes
  • Theme settings do not change or respond
  • System feels slow and laggy
  • Some pages (like settings) do not load properly
  • Sales screen is complicated and not user-friendly
  • Product search and adding items is not smooth

These issues are affecting our daily work.

  1. 4. Design & Usability

The system works, but:

  • It does not look modern
  • It has too many steps
  • It is not optimized for fast retail use

We would like:

  • A cleaner, modern design
  • Simpler sales screen
  • Faster workflow for cashiers
  • Automatic customer + points detection when selecting customers
  1. 5. Login Improvement

We would prefer:

  • Faster login method (PIN code instead of email/password)
  • This is important for retail speed
  1. 6. Support Issue (Very Important)

We need to be honest here.

We have paid for support, but:

  • We contacted you multiple times
  • We only received one reply
  • After that, no follow-up

We have been waiting for a long time.

This is not acceptable for a paid support service.

We expect:

  • Faster responses
  • Continuous follow-up until issues are solved

We like your system and want to continue using it, but these issues must be resolved for us to operate efficiently.

1.3 you mention some issues without any screenshot/video or access to your system for us to check! if you face any issue, you should contact through support with proper proofs so that we know where and what to look for.

1.4 it would be helpful if you could come up with something concrete/specific rather than generic comments. what’s not modern to you, may be cutting edge to someone else. we can confidently say that our system stands out in most aspects if not all, compared to other comparable systems. having said that, we are always willing to listen to customer feedback and improve. So, I suggest you do refer to specific use cases / examples and discuss them in our ticket system

I am having difficulties using this application. I have recorded all inventory on it. I am able to access the right amount of inventory. Other workers dont get the right inventory.

I tested embedded barcodes (EAN-13 starting with 21 for weight/price), but it’s not working in POS.

Does SalePro actually support barcode scale (embedded barcode parsing)?

If yes:

  • How should the product be configured (PLU or normal barcode)?
  • How is the weight extracted and applied as quantity?
  • Where exactly is this configured (Barcode Settings or elsewhere)?

If not supported natively:

  • What is the recommended way to implement it (custom JS, module, etc.)?

I need the exact method to make it work with a scale barcode.

I tried changing the theme under theme settings but nothing seems to change. I changed to #10B981 as primary color and nothing changes. I would like to use #10B981 as my primary color .

And is it also possible to change the icon color from purple / indigo to any other color of my choice

no you can’t as the Laravel version requires php 8.3 or above. also, it might not be a good idea to use older php version anyway. you can simply ask your hosting provider to update your php if it is not already available for selection

First of all, we would like to say that we really like your Sales POS system. It has helped our business a lot, and we appreciate the work you have done. The system is stable and useful for our daily operations. We operate physical retail stores with two cashier touch screen POS terminals (Premax touch screen). Overall, everything works well. However, we have one main issue regarding the customer display screen. Currently, every time the cashier logs in or when the system restarts, we must manually cast or move the screen to the second monitor for customers. This process is inconvenient and time-consuming for us. What we need is: The customer screen to automatically open on the second display. It should automatically show on the customer monitor as soon as the cashier logs in. No manual dragging or casting each time we restart the system. Since we use two POS touch screens in our store, this is very important for smooth daily operations. Additionally, we would like to ask if you are planning to release a new, more modern POS interface design anytime soon. A more modern look would be very interesting for us in the future. For now, our main priority is finding a permanent solution for the automatic customer screen display. We appreciate your support and look forward to your response.
