Such an amazing script.. Is there a reason on the occasional artist page an error will say “there was an issue loading this page” – for instance on the Olivia Dean page on https://anthems.com
If you go directly to the page – https://anthems.com/artist/22/olivia-dean – you get a SQL error.
Other artists, like Taylor Swift for example are fine.

I checked the demo site and there is no such thing, but I have the latest update.
file permissions and file directions doesn’t work well during installation. I checked installation folder exist but due to file permissions it cannot find it. redirecting to different paths makes imposible to start installation.
Which files/folders we need to change?
I changed the storage perm 777 than public still did not worked after that i changed all files to 777 and i was able to access installer.
I’ll be appriciate if you can tell which file permission should change during installation. Zip file is not a proper way to compress files i recommend you to use .tar or 7zip while compressing files because all permissions are broken inside of the script file. Rate will be updated later, this script is amazing,
If i want to switch later extended license can I unbind and bind the existing installation?

Regarding licenses, yes, you can enter a different one from settings page.
I install it to localhost for test purpose, tried installation to the server and it is same. it requires changing file permission otherwise installer cannot start.
SMTP Doesnt work correctly on port 587
I got this error “Could not validate mail credentials: Expected response code “250/251/252” but got code “550”, with message “550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table”.
” and it is related script. I tested on a different service and STARTTLS and TLS works well on port 587.
Cloud storage. deleted files doesnt delete, like userprofile pics sounds etc.
It is directly uploading to the remote server not waiting for click or say upload. Yes enable direct upload is deactive.

Mail issue is most likely because the address you have in “Mail from address” field is not authorized to send out emails using the credentials you’ve provided. You usually need to explicitly allow that email address on your mail provider’s site.
Regarding cloud storage, they usually have their own life cycle rules for how long files are kept in trash after being deleted, you might need to adjust those.
As for file permissions, those are set automatically after you upload the files, it’s not something we can fix from bemusic side. You should not need to change them usually, but if there’s an issue the installer should show a message and how to fix it.

No need a refund if you are planning integrate built in sound advertising, and feature to not allow play music at background for free tier usage.
I just liked the new version of script. With a few extra feature it can be awesome. 1) Firstly built in voice advertising 2) Enable or disable background play for payment groups. 3) Built in FFMPEG or FFMPEG support. 4) Setting a minimum time trashold to count streams for example to increase 1 stream of the song it must be played at least 31 seconds. So with this way, we can setup up to 30 seconds free tier via ffmpeg.
Mail server is authorised, it looks like a small bug, i solved it somehow but couldn’t catch it, i assume contact page support address trigger some kind of bug on that page. To make sure about it, i also was tested with an another service the port 587 and credentials and it was working.

Your support and product already deserves a massive support when I compare with other music scripts on platform. BeMusic far away the best and fewer problamatic script that cause by customer’s server.

If you have an old version, you will need to update manually first. You can update to future versions from settings afterwards.
As Per your instruction , I update manually ,but “500 Internal Server Error. An internal server error has occured.”

Hi, I’m having issues with the PWA functionality.
First of all, when accessing the website from mobile devices, the option to install or download the PWA does NOT appear automatically (there is no “Install app” prompt or PWA activation).
I can only install it manually through the browser menu (“Add to Home Screen”). However, once installed and executed:
– The app does not behave like a proper PWA – Music does not continue playing in the background when the app is minimized or the screen is locked
I’ve noticed other users mentioning similar PWA and background playback issues in the comments. Is there any required configuration or known solution to:
Enable the PWA install prompt correctly on mobile?
Allow background audio playback in the PWA?

For youtube embeds, youtube premium subscription is required for background play, there’s not much that can be done about this from BeMusic side unfortunately. Background play should work properly for uploaded music though.

Also, would my YouTube Premium subscription work for all users of my BeMusic app, or would each user need to have their own individual YouTube subscription? I would really appreciate your clarification on how this integration works.
It’s based on the subscription for the user that is using the site currently.
i tested the demo but for only local songs it plays background music other than that youtube , spotify and all not playing in background and please use youtube music api that normal audio quality is not good

Yes, you can disable artists and tracks from admin area now.
If the responsive ad modifies the page layout code automatically, there’s not much that can be done from BeMusic side to fix it unfortunately.

Hi, the problem is related to streaming in youtube mode, I’m not using it with music loaded directly, but with the function like your demo, even installing pwa the player stops playing the music.
