Hi, Is the latest version 6.2 or 6.2.2? The extensions dashboard is asking me to update the plugin, but every time I download the plugin from codecanyon, it’s version 6.2.

Yes – WCABE works with the latest versions of the stack.
It has been tested with PHP 8.x, recent WordPress and WooCommerce releases, and there are no reported issues related to the versions you mentioned so far. WPML compatibility is also commonly used by customers without problems.
Of course, every site setup is different, but based on current testing and user feedback, your stack should be fully supported.

Hello, the changelog is only up until v 5.5.4.5.3, yet the plugin I downloaded is 5.5.4.6. My plugin update dashboard wants to update to 6.1 but it is not available as a manual download from Codecanyon.

The plugin does support PHP 8+. In fact, the last few versions have been developed and tested using PHP 8.2, so PHP 8.x itself should not be an issue.

So after some investigation I get “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 163840 bytes)”
My memory limit in php setting is 256M and the website has 8700 products.
Is this normal? Would WCABE need more memory for that many products?

Compatibility issue with WP Rocket (Preload Feature)
Hi, I wanted to report a compatibility issue with WP Rocket.
When WP Rocket’s “Preload” feature is active, the bulk saving process fails. It only saves the first batch (e.g., the first 20 products) and then stops. It seems that WP Rocket triggers a cache clearing and a preload task immediately after the first AJAX response, which locks the database or interrupts the subsequent batches.
The only way to make it work is to manually disable the Preload in WP Rocket settings.
It would be great if the plugin could include a built-in way to “suspend” cache-clearing hooks from popular plugins like WP Rocket during the bulk save process to ensure all batches are processed correctly without manual intervention.

I’ll try to reproduce this behavior with WP Rocket’s Preload feature enabled and investigate what’s happening during the AJAX batch processing.
For now, disabling Preload during large bulk operations does sound like a reasonable temporary workaround, but I’ll see if this can be handled more gracefully from the plugin side if the issue is reproducible.

Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t yet support the WooCommerce COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) field: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-cost-of-goods-sold-cogs/
I can add it as a meta field (_cogs_total_value), but the plugin doesn’t save the data to the database. When I run the bulk edit again, the field is empty, or at least hasn’t been modified/updated.
I was hoping you could look into this and maybe fix the problem?

Yes.

It can create variations for all the variable products in the category and you don’t need the extra step to add attribute value seprately. You can test this at our demo site to see if it will work the way you expect it to.

You can’t set prices with such a condition currently.
4. Does it support converting simple products into variable ones (or work with both simple and variable products) in bulk?
Currently it supports only the other way around – splitting variable products into simple.

This plugin is a MUST in a woo commerce web, I’m very happy with the plugin but in the last update the plugin gis bad because it leave the web lazy and very very slow, I just disconnect the plugin and the web go well again, I have tried to delete the plugin and install again but it continue crashing me the web. Any other user had the same problem or the author can tell me anything to solve this situation and continue using this TOP plugin

It looks like you are waiting to receive other payment for renew support or what happen? I do not understand why you have the plugin working bad here to download if most of people that will install it will crash his woocommerce and think that this pluggin is a shit, but you can upload the updated version to work it properly and show customers the POWER of this plugin.

Hello How is that possible? A master plugin like yours that do not working good and break my web, but it still has not been updated more than a month ago.
I asked you mid septmeber and you told me next month (october) will be updated, I asked you again 7 days ago, last week and you replied me this week will be updated but I still can no see the update to version 5.5.4.5 .
I can tell to other customer that right now the plugin do not work good and as customer I’m waiting more than one month to have an update that not possible to download if you do not pay again the support amount.
I want ot know if possible to have any update or I will need to find other plugin for the same function that have a better support.

I have 4 licenses for this plugin, all support-expired.
I recently updated via WP admin and the columns for custom taxonomies are empty. In WP Sheet those columns are populated as expected.
I’ve tried updating via WP admin, reverting to the download in Code Canyon, nothing works. Is it because of incompatibility when another plugin is used to update product custom taxonomies created with Metabox or will paying for support get me the help I need to fix the issue?
I have the latest downloaded version 5.5.3.4 but Wordpress is telling me I have to update to 5.5.4.2
Code Canyon page says the latest version is 5.5.3.4 and so does the changelog on Code Canyon.
However, when I click on the View version 5.5.4.2 details and click on the changelog I see:

There is a bug when saving attributes, when you save a bulk attributes for first time and you tick the option ( Visible on product page a) and hit save, everything is saved perfect except for the Ticked Visible on product page. This happen only when doing it together for first time.
Solution to make Visible on product page ( Tick ) work when doing bulk is: 1- Save the bulk attributes first ( Without the tick ) 2- after attributes saved you can now add the bulk on visible product page tick and save it alone with already attributes set.
Side note: If you do it together it wont work.
I hope it can be fixed, its kind of odd having to make it work like this.

Hi! Just like user ggablee, I’ve been using this plugin for years, but on September 1st it started making the website very slow, even causing some 504 gateway timeouts. I had to deactivate it in order for the website to go back to normal. Please advise on how to fix the issue as it seems it’s not just happening to me.
