hi i have 5 form 5 froms for 5 different sales perosn can we auto assign is possible ?
You can assign custom fields at each form and then be able to categorize leads accordingly.

I want to purchase your software but before that I have few queries.
1. I have one facebook page and in that I have 5 different forms. And I want to give leads from all 5 forms to different 3 sales executives. How to do that. (Form A : sales A, form b : sales A, form C : sales B, form D : sales D like that)
2. Can I create round robin in the leads flow, like one form is assigned to 3 executives and all of them Get one lead turn by turn.
You will probably need to assign some custom fields to each form, so you can recognize each lead per sales target.
We dont have a round robin option at the moment, but thats a good addition to be considered. I’ll ensure that our development team receives this suggestion.

If I have SaaS Addon for Perfex CRM, can I enable this Addon for all users/companies without the Extended License?
You can either use an extended license or multiple single licenses in order to have it running in multiple instances.
Not on different domain names. Just one domain but with different companies using the SaaS Addon.

To connect with facebook, Do I need to create an app everytime? Is there way like I have partner account I just login and connect with my pages, I have sass version it is very difficult to create an app for every clients

Thats normal – our module uses personal tokens to handle the pages you admin under your personal account.

However, almost all Facebook pages nowadays are managed under Business Manager — it’s become the standard. So, it’s really important for the plugin to support pages under the Business Manager as well.
This is a necessary feature now, not just optional. Please consider updating the module to support this.

Hi, If we have 3 sales people, how to allocate or assign leads to them, I think we can assign one page leads to one person only., however we run ads on one page and as the lead flow is heavy we hired 3 people, now we manually allocate those leads, kindly suggest how to do this
Leads are getting assigned to a specific Staff member.
Supporting multiple members is an addition our team will soon offer in a future update.

You can either create different apps for every tenant or one application that will contain all tenant’s URLs in the allowed list.
