Hi,

I want to deactivate a license from a website (emcskincare.com) where the plugin has been deleted and I no longer have access, and activate it on another website. How can I do this? Because my account does not give me this option.

Yes, you can. Just use conditional tags to hide the main Free Shipping Bar and show only the small progress bar. And yes, the small progress bar works perfectly fine with both the Cart and Checkout blocks.

Our store is based in Chile, and we’re planning to implement several Free Shipping zones within the country. We noticed that your plugin offers IP detection, and we’d like to confirm the following:

1. Is the IP detector accurate within Chile’s regions and municipalities? For example, could we create a Free Shipping zone for the Capital Region (36 zones in total — one rule covering all of them), and separate zones for the rest of the country (approximately 1000 km away)? Is this possible with your plugin?

2. Does the plugin automatically detect the shipping zones already configured in WooCommerce?

3. Just to confirm: when you mention IP detection, does the plugin rely solely on IP addresses or does it use geolocation? Is there a risk of false positives? How does the plugin handle connections made through VPNs?

4. Do you offer a refund policy?

Shipping zones are created and managed directly under WooCommerce → Shipping settings. Our plugin detects based on the countries/regions defined there. You don’t create zones inside our plugin, so we don’t manage them separately.

I didn’t understand at all what you tried to mean, i will try to be more specific with the questions

1. Will your plugin detect all the shipping zones in our wordpress?, of course, we will setup them

2. will it be possible to have several amount/prices defined to these different shipping zones? is there any documentation regarding to this? How (if possible) these several conditions will be displayed on the website?

3. Do we need to create different free shipping methods?

4. Regarding to refund … the main goal with pre sales questions is that you can clearify all these questions, if possible or not to do these things and how will be the behavior, as you might understand.. you dont have a trial demo to test all premium features by ourselve and demo site provided just show frontend options.. If you set up your zones inside the WooCommerce shipping settings, then yes – our plugin will detect them. You can define different amounts/prices for those zones directly in WooCommerce as well. And yes, you will need to create separate free shipping methods for your different zones.

I’ve been testing the free version of your plugin on my website and noticed a small issue on the cart page. When product quantities are updated via AJAX, the progress bar and the free shipping message don’t refresh accordingly.

Can I create two progress bars for free shipping? For instance, spend $25 to achieve free economy shipping and spend $60 to achieve free expedited shipping. Is this possible?

I’m afraid it’s not possible. Our plugin changes the free shipping required amount based on ID and not the shipping method at the moment, unfortunately.

Hi, my pre-sell question is: can we hardcode the amount for free shipping in your plugin, so it will not require the free shipping to be avaiable? We use third-part delievery plugin and it includes free shipping option, so when woocommerce free shipping is ON ( to work with your plugin ) we cannot associate the delievery with our courier plugin and generate the waybill.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Unfortunately no, our plugin requires WooCommerce’s free shipping option to function correctly. It is designed to work specifically with WooCommerce’s shipping settings. When it comes to 3rd plugin, it would be compatibility issue that we can’t guarantee.

Additionally, we do not support modifications made outside our official development team. If you need a custom integration with your third-party delivery plugin, and you decide to make it your own, I’m afraid our team can’t support that further.

Hi, I have pro plugin, free shipping bar and small bar do not reste to 0 or refresh when I delete a product from the cart, for example: free shipping is 150 €, I add a product of 75 € the bar appear with correct value and missing amount to get free shipping, but if I delete the product the bar doesn’t change even if the cart is empty, kind regards

Hello, After the update all the settings changed and now I have an annoying blue top bar on almost every page! Why is there no option to disable the top bar completely? We can choose “Position”, “Style” but there is no option to disable it at all…. What the heck… I have conditional tags !(is_product()||is_cart()||is_checkout()), also I checked “Home”, “Product gategory”, “Product tag” in settings, but still I see this …. panel! An update should make the plugin better, not fray the developer’s nerves.

I cannot create a ticket there: It shows: “You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.” Although I have l logged in. It iseems that it requires me to purchase support but I do not want o do it because all this years plugin worked well until the last update. It is not a good idea to make a bad-working update and then ask to pay for support to fix it.

As far as I see this plugin only works with “Woocommerce Native Free Shipping Methods”. Is there a way to make this plugin to work with other (non native) Free Shipping Method (provided by third plugins). Thanks.

I have a shipping zone with No free shipping available. In the checkout page when this zone is selected the ‘success message’ is shown.

How can I sort this out? There will always be zones with no Free shipping available. In this situation the “success message” should not be shown.

1) i would like to ask if i provide free shipping only to italy and the customer’s ip is in italy then the free shipping bar appears (yes?).

2) Then if he selects in the cart to calculate shipping costs for another country or at checkout page a shipping country other than Italy, then the bar is deactivated?

3) Also if the ip is from another country and at checkout page (or cart page) the customer selects shipping country “italy” then the free shipping bar will be appear?

4) is it possible to use shortcodes with elementor so as to display free shipping bar wherever we want? or only on the top header or bottom?

5) Finally, you wrote that …. “To handle WP’s Conditional Tags, this plugin uses eval() which is very dangerous because it allows the execution of arbitrary PHP code”. So is it possible for someone to use your plugin in order to execute php code OR what you means is that only if the admin use unproper conditional tags then this may cause a problem. could you explain it more?
