There is a serious issue in the system related to POS ticket printing. The POS Print (POS Receipt / Ticket) does not work at all. No ticket is generated or printed.
I was hoping that the latest updates would fix this problem, but unfortunately the issue still exists. This feature is extremely important for daily Point of Sale operations.
Please fix this problem as soon as possible, or provide a patch/update that solves the POS ticket printing issue.

Those are not our script issues. If he wants more features, which we don’t have ready, that require new development, in that case, the third point is related. We don’t offer extra development free of cost, but he is asking for free development.

Got it, what about the bugs of refund calculations, also with Pro Account module are they tested, as we are looking to buy an extended licenses for businesses, will I be able to get them fixed as part of the support or get a refund in the worst case scenario?

Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend Purchasing
I purchased the InfixBiz – Open Source Business Management ERP with POS, hoping to benefit from the advertised features. Unfortunately, my experience has been filled with issues and missing functionalities. Here’s a summary:
Missing Key Features: Essential features like tax calculation and refunds for returned items are not implemented as expected. When items are returned, the tax is not correctly adjusted, and refunded amounts are inaccurate. There’s also no clear record of which items have been returned by customers.
Delayed Technical Support: I contacted support multiple times, providing video explanations of the problems I encountered. However, each response only offered vague promises, saying the fixes were in progress and awaiting approval from quality controllers. It’s been over two months with no updates or solutions.
Additional Costs for External Developer: I had to hire an external developer to fix several issues, which should have worked from the start. Still, some problems remain unresolved and require action from the original developers.
Unfortunately, this software doesn’t justify the price. Due to these shortcomings and the lack of reliable support, I’m leaving a one-star review. I would recommend that anyone looking for business management software should consider other, more reliable options.
