Great system but it should include sales and inventory reports, printing receipts when returning sales and facilitating the place of payment to the distributor. I think if the distributor was paid in the account place it would be better. There are errors when selling 2 products of different amounts, for example, the product costs 1000 dollars. A customer gave me 500 dollars, and 500 dollars remain. After a while, I returned a product worth 500 dollars. The customer still owes the amount and is also indebted.
The system on YouTube is more beautiful.

Useful ERP but lacks key return functionality
Review: I appreciate the hard work that went into developing InfixBiz, and overall, the software offers many helpful features for managing sales and inventory. However, I encountered a major issue when it comes to product returns.
The system currently does not allow printing a receipt for product returns, which is a fundamental requirement for any business handling refunds or exchanges.
Additionally, the program does not calculate taxes correctly when processing returns. For example, if I sell two products—one for $100 and another for $120 (including 20% tax), the system does not refund the correct total of $120 when the taxed item is returned. Instead, it only processes the base amount, which leads to incorrect accounting.
I believe these issues are critical for an ERP system and should be addressed in future updates. It would be great if the development team could add the necessary features and correct the tax calculations to ensure accurate refunds.

Hi. I am so interested in your system. Before I bought, I had noticed that the platform has a few bugs such as, customers balances don’t decrease after purchase – also, when trying to subtract the amount backend, instead of decreasing, it’s increasing the balance.
The Language is still writing in a different language other than English in other pages.

For instance, when adding a customer, we gave them an opening credit balance of $10k. when getting to the POS, after making a purchase with that customer’s account, instead of decreasing the figure, it increased it.
Hello, If you give an opening balance of $10k, the customer account shows -$10k; when you sell something like $1k to that customer, then the customer account will show -$9. Could you confirm that this is the way it works on our system? Thanks

That is not what happens. I created a customer/contact called Zero Days. Gave then an opening balance or $10k – first, the system duplicated the balance to $20k. Sec, after purchase, it should the money under transactions that it’s debited, but ends up being created again. Please check the customer I create.
