Phone number login and sign up has been added to our internal development roadmap for evaluation. It is a commonly requested feature and we understand its value, especially for mobile-first platforms.

That said, I would like to briefly clarify some important considerations regarding this feature:

- Phone-based authentication requires integration with third-party SMS providers, which involves external services and usage-based costs that depend on traffic and region.

- Proper security measures such as OTP rate limiting, resend cooldowns, and abuse prevention are mandatory to keep the system secure and stable.

- Handling country codes, phone number normalization, duplicate numbers, and account-linking scenarios requires careful backend design to avoid login conflicts.

- SMS delivery and carrier-related issues are outside the control of the script itself and may increase support requests if not designed carefully.

Such features need to be handled in stages. As a safer initial approach, phone number usage can be implemented as an optional account verification feature that can be enabled or disabled directly from the admin panel. This allows project owners who prefer not to incur SMS-related costs to keep the feature disabled if needed.

The feature is noted and will be evaluated with stability, security, and long-term maintenance in mind.

What’s the backend for this? PostgreSQL?

Dizzy uses a custom-built PHP backend and does not rely on any heavy framework (such as Laravel or Symfony).

The database layer is MySQL / MariaDB based (MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+), which ensures wide hosting compatibility and easy deployment on most shared or VPS servers.

PostgreSQL is not required. The script is designed to run out of the box on standard LAMP / LEMP environments with PHP 8.x.

This lightweight architecture allows better performance, simpler customization, and fewer server dependencies compared to framework-heavy solutions.

Just to clarify, no changes or fixes have been applied to the public demo or test environment in relation to this topic. The demo always reflects the current stable release exactly as distributed to customers.

I don’t provide individual files or patches outside of official releases, as this would create version inconsistency and security risks. All verified improvements are delivered through documented updates so that every customer receives the same, tested package.

As mentioned earlier, detailed investigation and file-level debugging are handled within the scope of an active support package. If you renew support, I’ll be happy to review the setup properly and guide you through the correct solution or confirm whether an update is required.

Hello, thank you for your answer, but please don’t be angry if I don’t want to pay for support at the moment just because you have an error in your file. And I know this because I tested it on several devices and your versions. It is not in the cookies or cache, nor in the Agora settings. It’s in the code in subore request.php that blocks the camera and microphone in new updates. I will pay for support in case I need help with the project and setting up the function. This has been verified both on the public demo and on multiple internal test environments.

Attributing such behavior to a specific core file without logs, error traces, or a controlled reproduction scenario does not constitute a technical diagnosis. Camera and microphone permissions are influenced by browser policies, HTTPS context, server configuration, and client-side permissions, all of which vary between environments.

I fully respect your decision regarding support renewal. However, identifying, validating, and debugging environment-specific issues falls strictly within the scope of active support. Public comments are not an appropriate channel for file-level fault attribution or investigative work.

If a verified issue affecting the general user base is ever identified, it will of course be addressed through an official update, as has always been the case.

Can you also add something like community, where someone can any kind of community to monetize, and members pay before joining that community, for example can be singing, dancing, course community etc, members will pay each month to start getting those services, it should have members and admins,but before users be able to create their community, they need to pay first according to numbers of members they need in their community, payment should be monthly and also make users be able to delete their accounts or unsuscribe to any subscription

No, Dizzy is not built with Laravel. Dizzy is a custom-built PHP script, written entirely by hand without using any heavy framework.
