Hello. The plugin seems promising. Only one issue. I have added a list of addresses, but the admin panel seems to have crashed. It is not responsive; you can’t go to checkouts, balances, or settings. It’s just stuck on Transactions, and it’s not even showing those. How do I proceed? Also, another issue: after paying for the product, even after 2 hours, the order status does not change from “not paid” to “processing.” Is there any way to fix that?

Hi, please delete Hybrid Composer plugin, download latest theme version, and install the new plugin (you find it under /inc/ folder of the theme), clear the browser cache and should work. You may need to update also the theme. The simplest way to update both two are by FTP.

I am interested in your plugin but doc is full of info which is not suitable exactly for someone who is not technical. I use Binance and just want something simple. I enter my wallet address from Binance for each supported crypto I want to use and it comes directly to those addresses. And not much other messing with settings needed. WooCommerce registers those payments and directly sends the customer the item (digital item). Does the plugin work like that? I also see it has PayPal option but do I need a business account or it works with personal PayPal?

I confirm that with the default configuration it will work out of the box, like you described, for most tokens.
Only BSC / BNB tokens need you to add an additional API KEY . Paypal works with personal account too.

I have few questions:
1) For crypto where there is no specifically mentioned which network needs to be in settings, then for example BCH we use the BCH network, for BTC use BTC network, etc?
2) What if customer doesnt have either of the selected cryptos? Can he still pay? But node is required?
3) Which network is for XRP considering there is no specified and if selecting XRP Ledger it requires adress and memo on Binance?
4) By using single address customers can pay anytime? Because in docs it says something “An address can be used again 24 hours after the last outstanding transaction.”
5) What are pros of Address generation compared to Single address? Just the underpayment feature?
6) I see it is needed to add [boxcoin-pay] shortcode on checkout page while there is already [woocommerce_checkout]. On frontend process goes selecting Boxcoin on checkout and clicking placing order for page to be reloaded and then finally are Boxcoin payment options shown. Thats looks unnecessary extra step or my setup is not good.
7) How does the plugin keep up to date with exchange rates with certain amount on checkout compared to all crypto available to pay with?

If you use WooCommerce or EDD, no, it is automatic. You do not need any API by default, but if you want advanced features like an address generation API or a BTC node, it may be required.

QR codes for cryptos have no standards yet. Our QR code will work with Exodus, Coinbase and many other wallets. If we make it work for MetaMask and others, it will no longer work with Coinase etc…It is just something out of our control. You can use a free openexchangerates account. Just create the account and API key. Payment not detected. Some clients think to send transactions but in reality, they did not send anything. That is what it means. You can ignore such a point if it confuses you.
USDT on BNC are supported. Address generation is not. It will work anyway and you do not need a node. Subscriptions are not supported. There is no automatic payment with cryptos…
