Hello, how can i edit the subscription package benefits? How can i add other benefits besides “promote x amount of pages” etc?

I purchased the script yesterday and, though it’s not as easy for me to modify as your competitor’s script (due to templating system, etc.), I am willing to give it a try since it looks nicer in my opinion.

I have found three issues so far and maybe you can help me out:

1. Socket.io – I keep getting an error message in Chrome console regarding 404 not finding socket.io. I notice in Admin the node.js button is disabled. The only way I can remove the issue is to disable everything on that admin page. Entering the location for SSL cert files says they can’t be found.

2. Live stream when finished just ends the stream and stays on that same page without any page forwarding. Trying to leave creates a js alert that asks if you’re sure you want to leave. Once you leave and see the post from that live stream, trying to view it just shows a blank black box and says it has ended but I have Aws S3 enabled for saving so expect to be able to watch that video. In addition to a resolution, a nice addition would be to replay the chat synchronized with the video playback similar to YouTube.

2b. Additionally if I share that finished live stream post and try clicking on it, it indefinitely acts as though it is trying to load …

3. After creating an account without using a social login….then trying to login using Google, it asks for the basic registration info and then upon submitting says account exists already. I think it should log them into the account that matches the email like your competitor script does, instead of asking for registration info and later saying account exists. If the email matches I imagine it is almost guaranteed to be the same person if Google approves the login.

Summary: Your competition hasn’t upgraded their script in a year or two and yours frankly looks better, though I did opt for a 3rd party theme which is nearly identical to your default theme.

The Livestream issue isn’t too important for me at this time because I hope another 3rd party person will update their addon to save streams and then I will use that WebRTC addon to avoid paying Agora.

My biggest decision factor whether to continue to use this one or the other one I have been familiar with for several years, is whether or not I will be able to modify it the way I have with the other one. So far it looks like Greek to me compared to easily modifying the layouts and function files. I am not an expert by any means but understand PHP and MySQL fairly well and will see if I can figure out how to modify it for my needs without having to hire a coder for every change I want to make.

I have some questions About Points System and Live Streaming Payments 1) Points System: I want points to be used only for in-platform perks (like profile boosts, featured posts, virtual gifts, badges) and not converted to real money. If I disable “Points → Wallet transfer”, withdrawals, and cash conversion, does that fully prevent points from being cashed out or converted to money?

Hi I am having some issues while creating new accounts, the page is stuck on loading and this causes the entire website to stop accepting requests. Do you know what this can be?

I have encountered an issue in Sngine’s Support Center. When a moderator or administrator closes a ticket, the user who created it is still able to reply to it. Once they send a reply, the ticket status automatically changes back to ‘Open’. A closed ticket should remain locked for further replies from the user.
