Hi, I am having an issue with the latest updates of this plugin. No links are clickable on the pages where this map is loaded (on mobile only). Can you please provide an earlier version of this for me to download until you all get a fix in place.

Bug report: I updated form 6.1.1 to 6.1.3 and the map stopped working on mobile: the map wasn’t clickable anymore, and also other links on the page (like e.g. a button) were not clickable either. I use Elementor. I hope you can fix this so I can update the plugin.

Okay but I can’t fix it unless I can see the problem on your site. Often I require wp-admin access, which can’t happen here.

Hi,
I’ve been using Image Map Pro 5.5.1 for a while. Today, it stopped working, and I can’t make any changes to the map. I installed the updated version, but it installed as a different plugin and didn’t overwrite the previous one.
I exported the previous map and tried to import it into the new plugin, but I’m getting an error. Can you help me fix it? My support is expired, but I’m willing to renew it if there’s a solution without redoing the map.

Is there an issue with the YouTube video embed option in modals? All video’s now show: Error 153, error with configuration of the videoplayer. This error occurs both in the admin-side (when adding a new video to a pop-up), as well as on the front-end.
The plug-in is updated to the latest version, as well as the WP-core.
As far as I’m aware there haven’t been any breaking changes in the YT embed API. Error 153 could be caused by a no-referrer header in your website, or some caching or security plugin stripping headers.
Could you try to paste a youtube embed code with `referrerpolicy=”strict-origin-when-cross-origin”` in a raw HTML tooltip?
Adding `referrerpolicy=”strict-origin-when-cross-origin”` does the trick. Thank you so much for the quick response!

Hi. Is it possible to have more control over saved files? I will have a lot of photos (hundreds) to work on and at the moment it is impossible to sort saved files or do anything to make it easier to find the photo I need.
We’re not planning to make any UI changes, I’m very sorry, it’s just not optimized for hundreds of projects.
Do you foresee any issues using this plugin for hundreds of photos? I use it on class photos to display a persons name, birthdate, deathdate, in a tooltip. So it’s very simple, nothing heavy.
Aside from the backend UI that you outlines, it shouldn’t matter how many photos you have saved. If there are, please reach out and we help out.

Does this allow me to create a zip codes map for a US city? I want to show every zip codes on any given city.

Recently bought the Wordpress plugin and it’s quite easy to use. One thing is missing on my custom map for it to be perfect.
Is it possible to set a different zoom level on desktop and mobile ? Ideally, I would like to have a Max Zoom level 5 on mobile and 2 on desktop. Either using the frontend or by coding. Thanks !
Hello, and thank you for the feedback, I’m glad you like Image Map Pro. It is technically possible, but not supported out of the box and will be a hacky solution. You would have to export your project as JSON code, modify it depending on the device, and then manually call the function that loads the plugin.

Just updated to 6.0.36 and now it’s a blank screen in the backend. There is no documentation to update any other way than any other WordPress plugin nor an alert in the plugins I was running an outdated plugin.
