We have tested the demo of WorkDo Dash SaaS with the Property Management Add-On, and overall we are very satisfied with the functionality and user experience. We are seriously considering purchasing the system.

However, during our evaluation, we identified a few important operational requirements that we would like to clarify or request enhancement for before proceeding.

1. Advance Payment Handling (Scenario-Based)

We frequently receive advance payments from tenants.

Example scenario: A tenant signs a 6-month contract with a monthly rent of 1,000$. Instead of paying monthly, the tenant pays 4,000$ upfront (equivalent to 4 months).

We would like to understand:

How can the system record this as advance credit?

Can the system automatically deduct the advance month by month until it is exhausted?

Can it automatically calculate the remaining advance balance and next payable month?

Can reports clearly show tenants who are Advance Paid vs. Due vs. Overdue?

If this is not currently available, is customization or an add-on possible to support this logic?

2. Overdue & Penalty Fee Automation

We also need to manage late payments and penalties.

Please advise:

Can the system automatically flag overdue tenants?

Is it possible to define a penalty rule (e.g., 5% late fee after X days)?

Can penalties be added automatically to invoices or outstanding balances?

3. VAT Configuration on Rent & Services

We require VAT to be applied to all applicable invoices.

Kindly confirm:

Can VAT be configured globally or per product/service?

Can VAT appear automatically on invoices, receipts, and reports?

Is VAT exportable for accounting and tax reporting?

4. Pre-Reminder Alerts (SMS / Email)

We want to reduce late payments through automated reminders.

Please clarify:

Can the system send automatic reminders before due date (e.g., 5 days and 1 day before)?

Can reminders be sent by email and/or SMS?

Can reminder templates be customized?

If any of the above features are not currently supported, please advise:

Whether customization is available,

Estimated cost and timeline,

Any existing roadmap plans.

Hello, pre-sale question. I have noticed that those Task, Timesheet, Bug, Task Calendar, Tracker, Project Report, Project Stages.. are all gone under Project Management TAB. I want it like to be from ERP Go it has those. Also, can you make the TASK tab has a Kanban view layout?

there is no way for getting notification for any comments or any changes in task in project, without it how do people get to know about any update on any tasks?

First of all, congratulations on the impressive number of add-on modules you have released — they are truly powerful and well thought out.

That said, for a complete and robust core ERP system, two critical components are still missing:

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Manufacturing Management (MRP)

These modules are essential foundations for many businesses and would significantly strengthen the ERP’s core capabilities.

Do you have any plans or a roadmap to release these modules in the near future?

Very goog script. Think about create: 1. Add-on to create shops with multiple themes like you did with Restaurant and vCard.

2. Add more themes in Restaurant add-on like you did in vCard.

3. Add-on to create websites with multiple themes like you did with vCard, Blog and Portfolio.

4. Create mega menu to reduze the menus. Its too long with all addons. Like: mega menu: Ecommerce. Menus for Ecommerce: Woocommerce, Shopify, etc. As you classified the Add-ons in categories.

5. Create a company directory as in vCard SaaS.

6. Enable/Disable the addons information pages. We can disable the landingpage but not the addons pages.

7. SaaS Add-ons to connect the other SaaS like vCard SaaS, Storego Saas, etc. to Dash.

8. Add-ons to connetc to marketplaces like Amazon, MercadoLivre, Shopee etc to companies import theirs products or Services to sell in these marketplaces.

9. Add-on to allow Dash to be like a Banks as a Service with api to companies integrate the gateways in their system ( website, shops, etc).

10. Add-on with multiple html templates or Wordpress themes for Dash landingpage. It is easier to edit and modify the Dash landingpage. Think about this Add-on in others SaaS like vCard, Storego etc.

I want to buy Advocate SaaS – Legal Practice Management.

If I purchase WorkDo Dash SaaS – Open Source ERP with Multi-Workspace, will they work together in the same domain or are they separate? Distinct? Do they complement each other? will they have the same access login?

i install the platform to my dash.mydomain.com and i add the shop to custom Domain and in the same domain mydomain.com is regular license. what else i need to configure to work?
