Yes and yes – there is a shortcode and in the options page you can select the role whom has the ability to change order status like so:

Hello – currently there’s not a page that shows the orders scanned and who scanned them, but we are in the process of adding new features and this sounds like a good one to include, adding to the list of upcoming features.

hello, the plugins works well when sending the barcodes in the emails, but in the backend we can’t find anyway to view the QR-code, it’s only available in the customer’s email and we want it in the order admin page as well. how to achieve that? thanks.
