pre sale question: This plugin has multi-vendor support / multiple suppliers ?
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I’m not sure if you’re looking for a setup like “one wheel per vendor”, if yes, I’m afraid that the plugin does not support a multi-vendor setup where each vendor has their own separate wheel or configuration. The wheel is applied globally across the entire site.
Best regards.
is it possible to have a wheel on a page without the need for a popup? For example, I’d like to put it directly on the page after checkout so customers can win something and come back next to claim instead of a popup that they might dismiss or miss
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s possible, you just need to place the shortcode to the page where you want the wheel to be: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-lucky-wheel/#set_up_child_menu_3942
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
Best regards.
is it possible to customise every email to the customers? For example – I want to create 3 Wheel prizes – one of them 10% discount, the other one – 15% discount, but the last one – 100% discount of a exact product. Those, who win the 100% discount have to receive a different email than the others. How is possible this? I bought the paid version
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It’s possible but with an extra plugin. You would have to install this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-template-customizer-for-woo/
We have prepared a document guiding how to configure with both plugins, please refer to this one: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_4818
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
Best regards.
I’m planning to purchase the WooCommerce Lucky Wheel – Spin to Win plugin, but I have a couple of questions before completing the order:
Coupon Code – Email Requirement: When testing a generated coupon code such as “b4onqh”, we receive the message: “Please enter a valid email address at the checkout to use the coupon code.” Even though we provide a valid email address, this warning still appears.
Is it possible to disable or bypass the email requirement for applying coupons?
Or is there a way to ensure compatibility with custom checkout fields?
Conditional Coupon Rules: We would like to create limited coupons with different conditions:
$10 discount for minimum $60 order,
$15 discount for minimum $85 order,
As well as some percentage-based discounts with similar conditions.
Is it possible to configure different minimum cart total thresholds for each generated coupon?
Thank you in advance for your support. Looking forward to your reply.
Hi there,
Thanks for your interest in our Lucky Wheel plugin.
Regarding the coupon message – is the email you enter at checkout is the same one used when spinning the wheel. If they don’t match, the coupon may be rejected even if the format is valid because of the “Email restriction” option. It adds the spinner’s email to the coupon’s Allowed email: https://snipboard.io/GKmOPu.jpg and make the coupon code valid for that one email only. For the created coupon, you can remove the allowed email in that coupon page back end to bypass this requirement.
As for your second question: you can create different coupons with varying discount values and minimum order requirements. Each of these can be set as a prize and assigned to a specific wheel segment. However, the plugin doesn’t dynamically adjust a single coupon’s value based on the customer’s order total – it simply applies the fixed conditions of the coupon they won.
Let us know if you have more questions!
Best regards.
Thanks for the answer.
Hi, pre-sales question, is it possible to allow the user to Spin the Wheel to see what prize they have won and then ask them for their email, i think if a user can see what they have won first, they are more likely to leave their email?
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Currently, the plugin requires users to enter their email before spinning the wheel. It’s not possible to show the prize first and collect the email afterward.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Best regards.
It looks like you have two versions of this paid plugin on CodeCanyon. Which one are we supposed to use?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This plugin requires WooCommerce and the prizes are coupon discounts, or custom prizes. You can try this free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-lucky-wheel/
Best regards.
hi, i’m back again to ask the same thing :
does this plugin have a popup function that reminds users about the remaining spins they have?
example :
when the user finishes spinning a small popup will appear :
“your remaining spins are 3”
Hi,
Thank you and welcome back!
At the moment, the plugin doesn’t have a popup feature to remind users of their remaining spins after each spin. However, that’s a great suggestion — we’ll definitely consider adding it in future updates.
Thanks for sharing your idea!
Best regards.
HI,
I would like to clarify a few details before purchasing the plugin (WordPress Lucky Wheel). Please find my questions below:
1. Does the plugin offer a refund option? If yes, what is the time limit for requesting a cancellation?
2. Can the email template be customized?
3. Is it mandatory to use an Email API to receive emails?
4. I need to add a few products to the wheel, such as Ice Cream, Cakes, and Thick Shakes. I would like to limit the quantity for each item daily — for example, 50 Thick Shakes, 100 Cakes, and 150 Ice Creams. Is it possible to set such quantity limits within the plugin?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in the plugin. Let me clarify your questions:
1. A refund is possible if the item does not function as described in the product description or if it has not been downloaded yet. There is no specific time limit for requesting a cancellation in such cases.
2. Yes, the email content can be customized. If you’d like to modify the entire email layout or template, you can do so using this third-party plugin – free: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-template-customizer-for-woo/
3. No, using an Email API is not required to receive emails. That feature is optional and is only used to collect users’ emails and automatically add them to your email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp) for campaign purposes.
4. Yes, you can set quantity limits for each prize: https://snipboard.io/g0zDnb.jpg
However, please note that the plugin’s built-in prize system uses WooCommerce coupons by default. If you want to offer products like Ice Cream, Cakes, or Thick Shakes as prizes, you should use the “Custom” prize type and manage fulfillment accordingly: https://snipboard.io/xdWTlN.jpg
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Best regards.
HI,All my customers are unable to complete the transaction and are receiving the message “Sorry, this email is marked as spam. Please enter a different email address to continue.” or “recaptcha score 0 lower than threshold 0.5.” What can I do?
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
For the email marked as spam message, it’s possible that email was trashed. Please go to Dashboard >> WC Lucky Wheel >> Emails, and search if the email addresses are inside the Trash bin. If they are, please remove them from there and test again: https://snipboard.io/avSBFZ.jpg
As for the recaptcha error, I received your ticket. I’ll keep you updated there.
Best regards.
Hello, Do you support or have integration for https://yournotify.com/ ?
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
We don’t have integration with YourNotify at the moment. We’ll keep it in mind for future improvements, though! If you have any specific use cases or features you’re looking for, feel free to share them with us.

Information before purchasing. I am trying the free version. when the wheel spins and I win the message says I lost if I lost it says I won, even the wheel pointer has this behavior and positions itself on the opposite segment as above, the problem naturally also occurs when sending emails, which are sent when you lose but not when you win. Finally, it is possible to insert temporary emails and even non-existent emails. These things only happen in the free version and are they fixed in the licensed version? Thanks for the reply.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The behaviors of showing the winning message despite losing the wheel and vice versa, and the wheel pointer, are not what should be even in the free plugin. It could be possible that a theme or plugin conflict is causing this behavior. In this case, we would recommend testing by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
As for the email thing, in the premium plugin, you can add list of email domains for black/white list: https://snipboard.io/OGgo64.jpg
Best regards.
Can I use the wheel on a page just to capture emails? I don’t want it to be a popup. If this is possible, how can I test it?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you want to just capture emails, I’m afraid this plugin must come with a spinning wheel. But you can try different ways with other plugins. E.g. using this coupon box plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-coupon-box/
Or if you don’t want popup at all, you can try this abandoned cart recovery plugin: http://bit.ly/woo-abandoned-cart-recovery
It collects emails on upon cart abandonment on Checkout page.
Best regards.
Some Doubts before purchase: 1. Can I install this plugin in my Wordpress CMS dashboard, generate Popups and get a HTML code to paste and use the Popups in other websites?
2. Can I generate unlimited number of popups?
3. Do you provide any webhook access?
4. Is there multi-step popup building feature?
5. Is there any analytics page to check the performance?
6. Can I create popups with timings and exit intent?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin! Below are the answers to your questions:
1. Our plugin does not provide an option to generate HTML code for popups to use on other websites. You can use it within your WordPress CMS, but we do not support external embedding.
2. The plugin is designed to generate a single lucky wheel, not multiple wheels or popups. If you were referring to popups in a different sense, please clarify.
3. No, the plugin does not provide webhook access.
4. The plugin does not have a multi-step popup feature. Since it’s a lucky wheel, the process is straightforward – users enter their email and spin.
5. Yes, there is a report page where you can check performance data. You can try our free version to explore this feature: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-lucky-wheel/
6. Perhaps these options are what you’re looking for: https://snipboard.io/ikzcgj.jpg

Ich bekomme seit ich das plugin installiert habe Hunderte Spam Mails mit in “Lucky Wheel Email” Wie kann man sich dagegen schützen ? gibt es ein captcha ?
Since installing the plugin, I’ve received hundreds of spam emails with “Lucky Wheel Email.” How can I protect myself against this? Is there a captcha?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you share some more details of the email you received, is it something like a notification of a winner?
Best regards.
Another bug. In the Report menu option, if you select a From and To date and click Export Emails, nothing happens and no report is exported.

Hello again, I have discoverd one more bug, a serious one. If you enable the Admin Notification email and you enter a “Send notification to:” email address, this email address does not get saved in the settings. Moreover, if the admin notification is on with a blank recepient, no email message is being sent, not even the customer notification.
This is a serious bug for us, please fix ASAP
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please open a ticket as guided above? I’ll check both inquiries for you.
Thank you. Best regards.
When you go to the Emails submenu and click edit in one of the submissions, only the email field is editable. All the fields, including name, phone number etc should be editable in that screen
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. It’s true that other details aren’t editable just yet on that submenu. But we’ll definitely consider updating this feature in the future updates. Much appreciate you for bringing that to our attention.
Best regards.
Hi there hope you are doing well, I need to give a free product as a gift to user if it’s order value is $15 is it possible if the user order value is max $15 and a lucky wheel popup will appear on the checkout page user will spin the popup and one free product is added to it’s order from predefined products
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid we don’t have option for the feature you need at the moment, unfortunately…
Best regards
Can’t find the setting to deactivate the email-field. Where can I deactivate this field. You documentation didn’t help. And your support forum isn’t working aswell – no register possible. Tried 10 times – getting never an email with password (and not a spam-folder issue). So I must have to ask here.
https://prnt.sc/J3a0zb7cOhNLHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid at the moment we don’t have option to hide this field. By default, there’s always an email field on the wheel popup, since it’s one of the major features of this plugin.
As for our support forum, I noticed you open a ticket 6 days ago. Can you please try this option to login: https://snipboard.io/V7qdae.jpg
Best regards.
Tried free version. Everything fine. Upgraded to this version but the Lucky Wheel did nat appear anymore on the page. Why is this?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It could be setting issue. I can definitely check it for you. Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?
