Please allow the option to display directory image at original size. I do not want to scale it to x% of width.

Could you please tell me? In the listings (Summary), each linguist displays a Title (Field) with a link.

I want to create two title options: the long name and the short company name.

I want the short name to display in the Summary listings, but the long name elsewhere.

How can this be accomplished?

The short title should have the same properties—link to the listing page when clicked/be a link/not be a link.

(Disabling and overriding the title isn’t an option. Both options need to work simultaneously.)

I’d be grateful if you could suggest a solution.

About duplicating single listings in a directory. Is there any known way to do this? Tried wie post duplicate plugins, but most of the details will not be copied.

Is there a working solution to get this done? WooCommerce have this option to copy single products – just because it is saving a lof of time.

It has been more than 7 years that we have been waiting for true repeater fields.

During all this time, the answer has always been the same: “this feature is planned for a later version”. After so many years, this no longer sounds realistic.

So the honest question is: Is this feature actually going to be developed at some point, or should users assume it will never happen and look for alternative solutions?

Clear communication on this would be much appreciated.

Pre-sale question: In your demo with the Features area for a listing, the icons are either red or green designating whether the location has the feature or not. Can that area just show the features the listing has rather than also showing the ones it does not? Similar to how the related listings below it only show the features those locations have.

What is the essence of paying for support if it’s going to take weeks to respond to a support ticket that are critical? Or is it that you have thousands of support tickets, which is why it is taking you more than 5 days to respond to support tickets that have serious issues?

To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. I sent you a detailed support ticket that caused a fatal error and has left my website unreachable before you came here to respond to comments, thinking I would get a response, but it has been 5 days after that, and there is no response from you.

I’m literally at a standstill waiting for your response. My AdSense application got disapproved because my site has a fatal error when you visit it.

Imagine that I have paying customers, and my site experiences a fatal error caused by your plugin, is this what I have to go through to get paid support?

You have sold so many copies of this plugin, and people are trying to build their businesses on your plugin. Can you improve on your support, or is it that you don’t give a damn about whatever happens to the buyers after the sale?

Well, I have already put in a lot of time into building and setting up my website with your plugin, so I guess I should still be patient until whenever you feel like responding to my ticket, since that is the only option I have at the moment.

Hello. Is there any known issue with Polylang? I noticed that when I activate Polylang all my pages that contain Directories Pro are redirected to Home.

Directories Pro no longer works and causes a fatal error on our site. I have reached out for support but received no response.
