hi, this is not a support question. can you explain what is the tab Schedule ? there is somthing wrong with it, if a user Like any Page he will have access to all the page scheduled posts ? isn’t more logical to make schedule post only avaialble to page admin ? thanks

Is the Sngine code different with a Regular license and an Extended license?
Code is the same, However Extended license required for enabling payment from the admin panel, pro packages, monetization, wallets, or any module where users pay you money. Also required for agencies that purchase Sngine for their clients.
I seriously don’t understand why the script doesn’t have the About Me section a requirement in the start section, you have profile image, location data, work data, education data being able to make as required but not the About Me, why? this doesn’t make any sense, people are just bypassing the section, this is something that you should at least be able to make required.

Hi, I have a suggestion to improve the script: When a user is deleted, the system should automatically delete all their physical files (photos/videos) from the server.
Currently, files stay in the uploads folder after the user is gone, which wastes a lot of storage. Adding an automatic “unlink” for their media would keep the server clean.

Yesterday we bought another extended version and submitted a return request to Envato for one Regular version out of the few we have. Unfortunately, it’s been over a day and we haven’t received any response. Envato. We’re also considering upgrading at least one regular version to an extended one. However, we’re still waiting for a refund for the first one. And time passes… And the promotion will end.
Unfortunately, Envato has yet to respond or issue a refund. We’d like to exchange another Regular license for an Extended license, but we’re still waiting for a refund we submitted almost three days ago.
Envato takes several days to respond. Please allow them the time to respond promptly.
But because of this I won’t have time to buy the next extended version because you don’t want to extend this promotion 
Buy it now then get refund, Hurry up you have 1 hour.
Unfortunately, I didn’t make it in time. Besides, I’ve done some reversals twice (once when I changed to an extended script) and it didn’t take that long. Oh well. I’ll wait for the refund and we’ll stick with what we have. Two extended and two regular.

But there’s a very simple way to avoid losing all the translation or corrections. Simply create an English language. Add all the changes you want, for example, zmiMore Stories on Your More, add all the periods, question marks, exclamation points… Change the names and descriptions to whatever you want. Add this language to your platform. Then change the default language from American to this English and completely disable the American language. Then you won’t have to make updates related to the English translation every time, just additional ones from the pot files.

I think you didn’t understand. That’s why you create an English translation (set it as default and disable the American), So that you don’t have to make all the changes to the descriptions again after each update.

Happy New Year Team Sngine. A few questions.
1. Noticed there’s a discount on Extended license. Can I get a rebate on previously purchased extended license that was purchased at full price?
2. re: Affiliate Pay > Users Earn Money When > New User Registered & Bought Pro Package Or Monetized Content.
Why is there an “OR” monetized content? Those are two different offerings in a single option.
How can the affiliate module be set so a User gets paid when their referral registers and buys a pro package only?
I want to pay users for paid referrals but not for the content other users monetize.
Where is the option for setting this up?
3. As the site grows with more features, updates are a nightmare. Especially when there are 3 themes installed. Each one must be re-customized with every update. Even though I pay your team to update and keep customizations, I still end up spending days going through the site and updating things that are missed. It’s expensive and frustrating.
There are things that should be fixed in the main script. For instance; punctuation throughout the script. Adding periods at the end of sentences and question marks at the end of questions makes the script look more professional.
When the site is set to “non-infinite-scroll” and it gets to the last newsfeed (and profile) posts, it says “More Stories” but should say “See More” or “More Posts” because Stories are completely different. They appear at the top of the theme and expire in 24 hrs.
There are sentences that don’t make sense and many with poor grammar. We spend many hours customizing these things and after every update, have to re-do it. Once we onboard members, we can’t close the site for 5 days after every update. We need a solution and appreciate any suggestions you have.

v4.0 is when you added Content Monetization To Affiliates System. Can it be removed? It was perfect before the update.

Where do you set the price/percentage for affiliate pay on content monetization?
Affiliates Enabled > There are 10 levels.
> Set Payment > There is Price/Referred (USD) or Percentage (%).
If you set a price for registration, let’s say $10 on level 1 from every pro package referred that’s simple. But how do you set the price for monetized content when you don’t know what a user will charge?
For percentages, paying out ten levels for monetized content doesn’t seem like a smart idea. The content creator won’t make any money. But it’s possible to pay 10 levels based on your pro package prices.
Therefor, if the affiliate refers someone that buys a pro package they get paid. If that referred user monetizes content, there must be a separate place to input how much the referrer get’s in affiliate commission. it can’t be the same as what they get for a registered user that upgrades to pro.
And if the site owner doesn’t want to pay affiliate commission on content, then enter 0 in the field… Make sense? Or do I totally misunderstand how it works?
Also, affiliates should be able to see where they are getting paid from in their affiliate settings. It should show every upgraded referral and every commission from monetized content. Or is that already somewhere and I’m missing it?

Appreciate the feedback but the American language is fine. Some sentences just needed to be restructured, but this has to be done to each theme installed. After updating, it has to be done to each theme again. Simply looking for an easier, efficient and faster way to maintaining updates.

if i hide posts on my profile or from timeline. how to undo changes or unhide them back for public mean make them public again. I have hided one post to find out that 3 posts were hidden and can’t reverse.

I have a suggestion to improve the platform’s efficiency for active communities that require quick moderation.
Currently, when a user submits a post that requires approval (Pending Post), only the main Admin receives a notification. This creates a bottleneck in busy communities.
My suggestions:
Multi-Channel Notifications for Moderators: Allow Moderators to receive instant notifications whenever a post is waiting for approval. These notifications should be sent via Mobile Push, Email, and Browser Notifications to ensure they are seen immediately.
Auto-Reply on Approval: Add an option where, once a moderator approves a post, the system automatically sends a private message (DM) to the user who posted it, notifying them that their post is now live.
These features would make Sngine much more dynamic and responsive for communities focused on real-time interaction.

1. Even if the person disables the system that gets points for the view of the post he posts himself (Raguly doesn’t get points for the view of his own post)
2. posts but share one to add points (it’s better to limit shares or not get points for shared post views)

1. The Sngine code remains the same, so there is no distinction between a regular license and an extended license for Sngine code. The legal license is the one that permits the use of such features without any legal issues.
