Hi Support Team,

My hosting provider (Hostinger) has recently deprecated PHP 8.1 and forced an upgrade to PHP 8.2 for security reasons.

As a result, my website is currently down with the following ionCube error:

Fatal error: Only files produced by the PHP 8.2 ionCube Encoder can run on PHP 8.2. The file app/Http/Kernel.php has been encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 8.1.

Because ionCube files are not forward-compatible, I cannot run the current version of the script on my server.

Could you please provide the script files encoded specifically for PHP 8.2?

I keep getting error 503, i am stuck as i have purchased the hostinger plan for 3 years and cant afford another one. please give me the updated files for the 8.2 or more

Hello, I have a question. How can I ensure that the course ID appears on the certificate? The platform requires the course ID to verify the course, but I don’t see a way to include the course ID on the certificate that is generated after completing the course.

I purchased the Rocket LMS App and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a CodeCanyon product.

After installation, nothing works as expected. Basic functionality is broken, and despite creating multiple support tickets, there has been no response for more than 3 days. This is unacceptable, especially when CodeCanyon’s policy clearly states that authors should respond within 24 hours.

What makes this even worse is the heavily encoded source code. The entire project is protected using ionCube, which means:

You cannot debug or fix issues

You cannot customize the application properly

The app runs slower because the code is decoded at runtime

You are completely dependent on the author, who is not responding

This is a serious blocker for real projects. If something breaks, you are stuck. I even tried to investigate the issues myself, but that’s impossible due to the encoded source code.

In my opinion, this product is not suitable for production use, especially if you care about performance, maintainability, or long-term scalability. An LMS is a critical system, and locking everything behind ionCube with no active support is a huge red flag.

I am extremely frustrated because this has delayed my entire project.

My advice to other buyers: Do NOT purchase this product unless you are okay with slow performance, zero control over the code, and unreliable support.

Initially, my expectations for this product were too high. However, with disappointment, I have to be honest in my review. The customer support service is unsatisfactory and very slow to respond. Frankly, it is extremely disappointing.

Is there a Group Course feature: selling courses in bulk to a company. The company can appoint a user as the admin who can register their employees for the purchased courses, and then monitor the progress of each student and grades?

Before purchasing, I would like to confirm a few technical points regarding the latest versions of Rocket LMS with the Store / Marketplace module enabled.

My goal is to run Rocket LMS as a multi-product digital marketplace (courses, eBooks, digital files, mentoring/consultations), not only as a traditional LMS.

Could you please confirm the following points:

1. Standalone Digital Products Can digital products such as PDF eBooks, ZIP files, audio files, and templates be sold as standalone products, each with its own landing page and price, without being attached to a course?

2. Meetings / Mentoring Sales Can Meetings / Consultations (1-on-1 or group) be sold independently, meaning users pay only for the meeting slot, without course enrollment?

3. Mixed Bundles Can a Bundle include mixed items (for example: 1 course + 1 eBook + 1 meeting) and be sold as a single product, with its own affiliate commission rules?

4. Vendor / Instructor Autonomy Can vendors/instructors upload and manage their own Store products (eBooks, files) and Meetings independently from their dashboard, or does the Admin need to create these items on their behalf?

5. Offline Payment Flow (Proof of Transfer) When using Offline Payment (proof of transfer / manual approval):

Does the system automatically calculate and split commissions for vendors and affiliates once the Admin approves the payment?

Does this work for all product types (Courses, Store products, Meetings, Bundles)?

6. Platform Commission (Service Fee) Is it possible to set a global platform commission / service fee that applies to all vendor sales, while still allowing product-specific commissions (e.g. 50% for eBooks, 10% for courses)?

7. Vendor & Affiliate Payout System Does the system include a native “Withdrawal Request” (Payout) system for both vendors/instructors AND affiliates, with separate balances and dashboards for each role?

8. Holding Period, Disputes & Refund Protection Does the Admin have full manual control to approve or delay payouts for both vendors and affiliates, including enforcing a custom holding period (e.g. 7 days) before funds become withdrawable?

Additionally, during this holding period:

Can the Admin handle disputes, refund requests, or quality complaints from customers?

Is it possible to reject or reverse a payout if there is a dispute, refund, or customer dissatisfaction before releasing the funds?

9. Checkout Simplification for Digital Products Can the checkout process for digital products be simplified by removing shipping and address fields, making it suitable for purely digital sales?

My intention is to use Rocket LMS as a technology intermediary, connecting local creators and affiliates with buyers in an emerging market.

2. Vendor Suspension & Risk Control Can the admin temporarily suspend a vendor (due to disputes or quality issues) while keeping existing customer access intact and blocking new sales and payouts?

3. Vendor Restrictions Can the admin restrict which product types a vendor can create (for example: only courses, only digital products, or meetings), either globally or per vendor?

4. Transaction Audit & Logs Does the admin panel provide a complete transaction audit log including payments, commission splits, rejected payouts, refunds, and admin actions for accountability and dispute resolution?

5. Affiliate Control per Product Is it possible to enable or disable affiliates on a per-product basis instead of only globally?

6. Payout Rules & Thresholds Can the admin define minimum payout thresholds and different payout schedules for vendors and affiliates (for example: weekly, monthly, or after a holding period)?

7. Dispute & Refund Handling Before approving a payout, can the admin fully handle disputes, refund requests, or customer complaints and reject or delay withdrawals if needed?

8. Financial Reports & Export Can the admin export detailed financial reports filtered by vendor, affiliate, product, and date range for accounting and reconciliation?

9. Data Ownership & Migration Does the admin have full access to all marketplace data (vendors, affiliates, balances, transactions) for backup or future migration if needed?

1- There are no limitations from the code side. If you provide sufficient hosting resources as your audience grows, you will not face any problems.

2- Yes, it is possible to disable and ban instructors permanently or for a limited time.

3- This option is also available.

4- Yes, all of the data will be stored in the admin panel for reference.

5- This option could be controlled globally only.

6- The admin can define the minimum payout amount, and users can submit their payout requests. Admin can process them within the timeframe defined in their platform policies.

7- The refund requests will be handled by the admin. In other words, users can request a refund using options like the support system, and the admin can process refunds from the transactions list in the admin panel.

8- There are various filters and reports in the admin panel for different purposes, but there is no unified menu called reports. The data export option is also available, so you can process data using tools like Excel and generate more reports.

9- The data import/export option is available. You can also migrate your data without concern, but there is no specific option to generate backups.

10- Unfortunately, this option is not available.

You need to just raise a ticket to activate it for you.
Updating the PHP version of the product is not a simple process.
There are many packages that must be written from scratch.

Instead, the SCORM must be opened in a new tab to function properly for all SCORM types.
