The code that is sent after purchase is not the updated one! As per change log it should be Version 5.6.3 21 January 26! But its old one!

1. Please add Quantity in variant so that it also count the stock. This is what important in Inventory pos 2. Can this system really work without internet ?
1. you can add quantity to variant when you purchase the variant
2. it is not advertised as such. having said that, there’s an add-on coming which will enable this to work without Internet and when back online it will sync. Also, our mobile app already work that way

Why we are not getting only updates files. you have to make folders with updates file. we can only update that files.
1. In the accounting section of the account statement, even if you edit the time in sales orders, purchase orders, expenses, etc., the invoice will default to the time it was created. Deleted orders will still appear here, causing discrepancies in the total amount compared to other items.
2. Add Expense does not have a payment account option.
3.This software includes human resources and accounting functions, but lacks asset management and KPI features.
4.Biller, a very important item, and you plan to delete it in the future.
5.HRM-Panel does not appear in some entries such as “leave-type”, “payroll”, “leave”, “holidays”, “overtime”.
6. The “production” and “WhatsApp” entries also appear in the customer and all employee entries.
7. The printed invoice includes a sales note section. However, when the customer logs in and clicks to view the invoice, the sales note section is not displayed.
8.In the product report section, the data for “Purchased Amount Purchased Qty Sold Amount Sold Qty Returned Amount Returned Qty Purchase Returned Amount Purchase Returned Qty Profit” is either missing or incorrect, If you use special characters as instructed in the currency symbol section, the total amount will also show a NaN error.
1. Create a production order, then delete it. The inventory balance is not added back.

I have a set of construction materials. Can I track the stock status of these materials? For example, I have a total of: - 100 tons of iron - 150 bags of cement.
When 2 tons of iron are sold, can I see in the system that 2 tons have been sold and that I have a total of 98 tons remaining?

if with ‘input’ and ‘output’ you mean ‘purchase’ and ‘sales’ you can track them with SalePro. I suggest you go through the demo and acquaint yourself with the sytem
It would be interesting to adjust the display to the VFD mode integrated internally in POS machines, such as the Chinese-made P70E machines.

I mean in the POS each biller has a pin so when you select a biller it requests for the biller pin before you continue to add products
understood. ‘biller’ is like a manager. so, there can be several sales person under one biller. so, I recommend to avoid such checking if that’s an option. Also, we may remove the ‘biller’ tole in future altogether. if you can explain your use case in detail, we may suggest an alternative
biller is like a manager? i thought biller is like a service staff, the person preparing the bill or attending the customer so to prevent another staff billing a customer in the name of a wrong staff a pin is required to be sure it’s you using the name that’s billing the customer
in SalePro there’s one biller per warehouse and sales staff can be multiple per warehouse. each staff can have their own login details. when they login and sell their username is shown on the dashboard on top-right corner and the receipt as well (example: served by- xyz). I hope it clears out any confusion you may have

I don’t understand why, if we all pay for software, no one can install it. Everyone gets an error, forcing us to pay for installation support, even if we read and follow the simple installation steps. No one can install it because you have the software that causes installation errors. I see in all the comments that everyone who bought the software is experiencing the same problem, and you don’t resolve it, forcing us to pay for support for software that is ours since we purchased it.
I want to know the installation instructions and FAQs for the common errors that everyone in the comments is asking for support for. Or is the business model based on us having problems that we can’t solve with the manual and FAQs, like with other software?
I hope you can share this so that everyone can have it, since we pay for the software and many other things offered on the Envato website.

I have a simple 504 error that you should include in your manual, as I see many others reporting the same issue. This way, you can dedicate time to system improvements instead of addressing minor problems that can be resolved with the manual.
hi, you should speak for yourself. how many comments can you show that claims installation issue? and just compare that number to number of sales and it is clear that 99% people don’t face any issue.
you purchased it back in March 2022 and your support expired in September 2022. Apparently you had no issue for quite a long time.
it is despicable that you are trying to portray your case as if everyone is facing same issue and we are not doing anything about it. whereas the truth is that you failed to install, contacted our support and they asked to renew your support as it expired. you didn’t even reply to the support ticket and instead came here to comment. if you think such actions can force us to do what we are no supposed to, you are so mistaken.
Hello, I don’t want to criticize; the buyer feedback history is there. The issue is addressed in your manual and FAQ, which, from what I can see, aren’t correct. I don’t understand how there could be an error in filling out four basic installation fields, unless I have something disabled in the application that requires your help to resolve. I think it’s a great application, but I don’t understand how an installation script can cause an error.
We haven’t used the app in over three years, but since we bought it, we’ll start using it now that we’ve invested the money.

same logic applies…how many buyer reviews can you show that complaints about installation? compared to number of customers, how significant are they? I just clicked on ‘reviews’ tab and searched for ‘installation’ (ctrl+f), noting found! that tells you the story.
coming to your point, many people say that we have disabled something so that people cannot properly install it. this is an open challenge to you (and like minded), see if you can find such code in our system.
what can go wrong in filling up 4/5 fields…you have no idea how many things can go wrong. many a times the most obvious settings are turned off on some servers. settings/environment vary hosting to hosting. usually things go as supposed to, but in few cases they don’t. sometimes, it is user’s mistake. We can’t say for sure unless we have a look and to do that we need you to have valid support.
