We’re updating the demo:)
Why is the layout for the external chatbot changed so extremely? It used to be very simple, and nice. And now it’s so big, extreme, weird colours. Overly English. Not being able to edit anything anymore. Even the documentation still shows the ‘old’ model: https://docs.magicproject.ai/external-chatbot/
But the new model doesn’t even feel like live-chat anymore….. But more like a sending message platform. When do you update this again?

1.1. At the moment, there is no global admin setting to force real-time internet search to be always enabled by default for all users. Real-time search can be enabled per chat/session.
1.2. Yes, this is intentional. Real-time internet search is disabled by default mainly because:
- Performance considerations (avoids unnecessary latency on every chat)
- Flexibility (allows site owners or users to enable it only when needed)
This approach gives admins better control over usage, cost, and behavior depending on their use case.

1. The chatbot is currently labeled as “Chatbot – Powered by MagicAI.” Can this name be renamed? If yes, where within the admin panel?
2. Chatbot “Hi there! How can we help you?” Where can this greeting text be modified? Unable to find in demo.
3. Does AI Voice Bot require external AI voice API (e.g. ElevenLabs)? If so, which api is currently used in the demo? Does AI Voice Bot support other languages then English and German?
4. Does MagicAI’s Voice Bot support professional voice cloning similar to ElevenLabs?
5. If I use MagicAI as a SaaS business model, can I disable all menus except 6 following menus? 1. AI Chat Bots 2. AI Voice Bots 3. Human Agent 4. AI Chat 5. AI Chat Pro 6. AI Realtime Voice Chat

And another bug: if you use multi modal + canvas, the chats are not responsive, they are out of screen.
Are there new features being added for canvas?
I would like to suggest that you can select text from a single (or double) chat and get the function: push to canvas.
Because that way you can mix the best outputs from the llm into the canvas!
