I have an issue with Tax set up, all my product have an inclusive tax attached to them, but on sale via pos, that not included, I have to select the tax which is exclusive, how can I fix that, the tax to be automatically calculated once a product is selected based on the product details

I believe there is a discrepancy in the way sales are accounted for in the POS system.

When an item is added in the POS, the system correctly calculates the subtotal and then applies TAX/VAT. However, when a discount is added, the TAX/VAT continues to be calculated based on the original subtotal, rather than on the discounted amount.

From an accounting perspective, the correct approach is to apply the discount first (deducting it from the initial subtotal) and then calculate the VAT on the reduced subtotal.

Is this something that can be fixed? At the moment, all TAX reports appear to be incorrect for invoices that include discounts, due to this miscalculation.

Currently, while adding a purchase, the batch number must be entered manually. Re-entering an existing batch number without any variation is challenging, as even a minor difference results in the system creating a new batch entry.

Introducing an option to select from already added batch numbers would significantly improve this process. Additionally, allowing users to add quantity directly after selecting an existing batch would help prevent duplicate batch creation, improve accuracy, and enhance overall system efficiency and user experience.
