I opened a support ticket several days ago and received no response. After waiting since Friday with no assistance, I was surprised to receive a message today stating that my money had been refunded—without any prior communication or resolution of my tickets.

To be clear, I purchased multiple products from you: the Eduma theme, LearnPress, and the Eduma App. My support tickets regarding these products have been ignored. It appears that only after I raised this issue publicly in your comment section this morning did you respond, and instead of addressing my concerns, you claimed a refund was issued.

If you genuinely intend to refund me, please refund the full amount for all products I purchased, and ensure it is sent to the same PayPal account used for the original purchase. As of now, no refund has been received.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to process a full refund, then please properly attend to and resolve my last three support tickets.

I would appreciate a clear and prompt response clarifying which of these options you intend to proceed with.
