The first step to do is to try to pin the same image manually on Pinterest site and see if it works or not, it you added the URL of the image and it did not get pinned, this means there is a generic issue between Pinterest and your site

1. Is it possible to set a custom posting frequency, for example to have the plugin post to Pinterest once every hour?
2. Does the plugin support both WordPress blog posts and WooCommerce products?
3. Can the plugin also repost existing posts and products automatically on a recurring basis?
will the posted images also be linked to the product page / blogpost page? , so if someone clicks on the image posted on pinterest they will redirect to the product directly?
does it post feature images that are attached to a product? and do i have to create a pinterest app in order to pin?

Yes, you can send desired existing items to the queue and the plugin will pin one by one

It pins the featured image and it is not required to create an APP

do i have to send desired existing items everytime to the plugin or does it rotate automatically? as far as i know pinterest does not allow to post to walls without app in 2025 / 2026 (app needed) i do have one.
You have to desired exisitng posts by selecting them or in bulk and the plugin will pin them one by one
as mentioned there is no need to an APP

The plugin works with IP:port format so you can get in touch with this service support and ask if they will give you a proxy on this format ip:port format and the port is 80

Hi Kym,
The plugin pins the images like normal pins you pin manually in your Pinterest account, so if your manual pins are already as desired, the plugin pins will be the same
Pinterest loads the link being sent as a pin and parse the snippets if exists already

Hi , please is there a provsion of using random images i set withing the plugin, when pinning. I mean, incase the post doesn’t have an image or ibdont want to use the post image, can the plugin use the random images I set within the plugin to pin on pinterest ignoring what is there within the post

Unforrutnately no, the plugin only pin from the post featured image, content images, gallery images or images saved in a custom field

Can I just clarify. Do I use the Pinterest Session Cookie from ct.pinterest.com or in my case from au.pinterest.com? It shows both options?

You can edit a specific post, select desired images and click the update button or you can send it to the pin queue

Hi, my sites ip address got blocked. I followed the instructions and set up the proxy. I did set the end to 80 and tried 8080. But, I keep getting an error: did not find a valid proxy.
I don’t want to have to pay for support again, I bought this plugin like 8 times and only now ever having issues. Using on 5 sites now and ip got blocked on all of them. Any ideas?

I am waiting 5 days for support as the item is not working. Besides the fact I purchased it a second time by mistake not realizing I already owned a license. I have contacted you through your own ticket form and no reply as of yet.

Thank you Atef, still trying to work it out as my webhost is saying it is a pinterest or plugin issue not a hosting issue.
Issue sorted on the support ticket
Atef, I added 30 posts to the queue and set Complete random order=true. After it started to pin, I wrote another 10 posts and added them to the queue too. Will the plugin run random(30+10) or will it run random(30) first then random(10) after the 30 are exhausted? Thank you!
Right now, it keeps pinning randomly from the 30. I hope it can randomly pin from all 40, meaning that I can always add more posts after the plugin starts.

Thank you Atef. In Pinning queue, there are Queued items and To be checked. If I click the Clear queue button, will it clear just Queued items or both? Since I have posts added recently, I’d like to re-queue all the posts that haven’t been pinned. Thanks!

you can send multiple products in bulk to the pin queue and set the desired pin interval so the plugin will pin a new product from the queue every pin interval

Posts with this custom field “wp_pinterest_automatic_bot” set are the posts that are in the queue

Okay, thank you. I found some Pinning >> {Fail} errors in the log and all of them seem to start with ‘HTTP/2 400’. I was wondering if the plugin would re-attempt to publish the pins, as my session is live and other pins were published without any issues. Thanks.
Also, is there custom field that indicates failed, re-attempt these types of statuses? If so, I could manually repin them if the plugin currently doesn’t support re-attempting. Thank you.

The plugin already retries the failed pins from the queue three times then if proven failed for three consequent tries, it removes them from the queue
