I am trying to find a plugin that can book fishing trips for a charter boat captain where he has several packages for FALL, WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER and 3 hour trip, 4 hour trip, 5 hour trip, etc
Is this possible to do with this plugin?

Hello, I have some PRESALE questions, hope you will help me 
1.) I have checked docs for this plugin, did I understood well , that for every service I need to make fixed schedule? So each service = creating new schedule for it?
2.) Can I setup one one time slot for all services? For example someone will order service from 11:00 – 12:00, so whole calendar will be locked for this time slot for all services.
3.) Can I setup no working day for all services at all, or I need to edit services one by one?

yes, each service has fixed price and you need create schedule for service
2. You can defined timeslot in General setting and when you create service, the service’s schedule will inherit from general setting
3. Can I setup no working day for all services at all, or I need to edit services one by one? You need defined day off for each service. To avoid re-create day of or schedule, you can use clone service and only change service name, price, ..

We are using the plugin for a car wash service, so some adjustments are needed to better fit this use case.
The plugin steps or progress bar are not aligned with the actual flow. On the 4th step, it should display the ‘Book’ button instead of ‘Next’. Also, the progress bar is currently showing 7 steps, which is incorrect.
There are some minor issues on the booking form — for example, it’s incorrectly showing ‘Select Device’ again in the invoice section of the booking form. Please remove or correct this, as it’s not supposed to appear there. There’s also a frontend issue while selecting a service: the service text overlaps the image, which affects the layout.
Lastly, is there any customization option available to remove the IMEI number field from the booking form, as it is not relevant for a car wash service?

Hello, the plugin looks great, but I have some questions, I tried to set it up for a repair shop doing multiple type of repairs, But I see I have to add a service for each model, is there any option to use the same service for all models? For example, iPhone diagnostics are to be applied to all phones at the same price. Same for laptops etc. I hope you can help me.

I completely understand that it supports cloning, but it is not very convenient for the service; I have over 100 different models of phones, laptops, etc., and if I were to add a service for each, it would be a pain to update every time one by one. It would not be better to be able to select and add multiple models on “Apply for model * in the service. Would you be able to update this option? Also, I found a small problem: if I add a colour to a phone, I select the phone, but the popup to choose the colour will show in the left corner of the browser, and on mobile, it will not show properly either.

hello, presales question. I need to send whatsapp messages to clients when the repair is complete and not sms only to remind the booking, sms is not something useful anymore. Can I do tthat with your plugin? Also the admin is not working to test and I need to create custom quote too, to set a general analysis first, and then apply a price to the custom one.

I’m having issues with the services, when customer books a repair, after when they download the information PDF the price is wrong for each item, however the total price is right. also shop details and ABN is not appearing on the PDF plus the contact number on the pdf has Au after +61, eg +61au0425xxxxxx

also just noticed that the button at the end of booking a repair says Next and it takes customer to download order review PDF which has the wrong pricing for each repair customer selected. Please advise as what am I doing wrong?

Hi, 1. I have enabled Terms Policy, however when customer clicks on the link to ready the policy, the plugin resets customer device selection and what repair it needs, therefore the customer have to restart the whole process again. Can you please advise how can I fix this issue? 2. I have tried using this code to hide price .total-order-item, .fat-sb-order-subtotal, .order-service-item .fat-sb-value{ display: none; } but it doesn’t work.

Hi I don’t want to post the link here due to customer not allowing, however if you switch terms Policy on for your demo site, you should see what I mean. When a customer clicks on Terms Policy to read, the plugin resets the customer selection, therefore they have to select device, brand and everything else all over again. The terms policy should either open in a popup window or in new page.
