I have setup sms notification and created SMS message and also have signed up with twilio account. after the setup, test SMS gets sent to my phone but when I book a test repair no sms is received. Can you please advise as what could be the issue. Yes I have created a ticket which I’m still waiting for a reply.

My site gets stuck in brand and can’t go past, can you tell me why is that? I can see other people had the same issue and you ask them to logo a ticket, I have written to you in your ticket system and yet to get an answer, you mentioned that after reinstalling the app everything works fine but that’s not true, I have reinstalled the app multiple times but still haven’t fixed the problem. after import services.csv the Garage will not found in frontend (Garages not found) if i check the Service in Webui, the Garage Name is written in the correct Field under Garage But if i do a Export, the Garage Field is empty ?

Hello there. Nice plugin, I like it. I plan to buy it but I would like to make sure that it meets my exact needs. Here is the reservation process that I want to offer to my users: 1. Choose the device to repair: exactly as in your demo, 2. Choose the type of repair: without displaying the price of each service (since each service provider can apply different prices) and with the possibility of choosing several services, 3. Choose the accepted delivery method: with the possibility of choosing more than one option, 4. Display the list of corresponding service providers: who meet the defined criteria (types of device, repair and delivery desired) with the total amount offered by each of them (each service provider may have different pricing), with the evaluation of other users and with the possibility of filtering by distance from the user’s location (defined automatically by its GPS location, in relation to a location that he can indicate on a map or otherwise in relation to his address indicated on his profile), by total price (each provider offering different prices), by dates and hours of availabilities, by number of comments received and by number of rating stars received. User ca also search by name or other field in providers profil. The user can always add or remove other types of repairs or deliveries at this stage without having to go back, 5. Once the service provider has been chosen, users can then choose the qualified and available member(s) of the staff and reserve the date and time for handing over their item for repair by selecting a single mode delivery among those offered by the chosen service provider and always having the possibility of modifying the list of desired repairs, total price will then be updated and an estimated delivery date after repair will be indicated to him based on the repair times declared by the service provider and the schedules of his equipments and staff members. 6. Once validated, the user receives (by SMS/WhatsApp and email) its reservation voucher in PDF with serial number or barcode. You need to update your instruction manual to reflect the new changes, eg Model Category and other changes you have made. What is the Model Category and how do we set it up?

1) Can individual booking forms for each staff member be embedded in a page?

2) Are multi-day bookings possible? (ie. 9PM Wednesday to 6AM Thursday)

3) Can different $ rates be charged for different time of day (ie normal pricing, after-hours pricing)

4) After booking is submitted, can customer be redirected to a custom URL?

5) Can booking data/parameters/tags be sent via the redirect URL for each completed booking? Example: Start_Time=, End_Time=, Customer_Email= etc. etc.
