Please Convert uploaded files to WebP format before saving to the database.Its already implemented stackfood its helpfull to load website more faster.
Yes Sir, we have this feature in 6amMart as well. In 6amMart, images are converted to WebP format before being stored. This feature is fully supported in the system.
Can I directly update from version 3.3 to 3.6?
Yes Sir, you can directly update the admin panel from version 3.3 to 3.6.
For updating the admin panel, please follow this documentation: https://docs.6amtech.com/docs-stack-food/update/admin-panelYou can update from any older version to the latest version by uploading the latest update.zip file to your server and unzipping it.
However, for the mobile app, direct updating is not possible if there is more than one version gap between your current version and the latest version. In this case, you will need to download the latest app source code and set it up again.
Please make sure to back up all data and customizations before starting the update process. Thank you

Yes Sir, since this is a demo version, editing delivery man information is not allowed. However, you can use the self-registration option to log in to the delivery man app.
Why you not providing boxfit. Contain, you are using boxfit. Cover everywhere. 1:1 image also not fitting in the box like bottle,body spray it’s cropping, in user app and in web app most of the places.

Hello, if the system is configured for COD and Self Delivery, can the delivery persons registered in the system by the admin side be made available to sellers who do not yet have their own delivery persons?
Sir, In the system, Self Delivery cannot be enabled entirely for the system. It can only be enabled on a store-wise basis. If Self Delivery is enabled for a specific store, that store will use its own delivery personnel and will not be able to use the admin’s delivery persons. If Self Delivery is not enabled for a store, then the store can use the delivery persons registered by the admin. Thank you.

If user is login via OTP then why are you asking Email id as required it should be Optional not required many users don’t want to take extra affod for entering email address thats why they prefer to login/register via mobile otp but next step you asking name that is okay but you also asking email id as mandatory that is not required correct it please it should be optional
