Why is English still mandatory when entering product information and similar details? Even though the default language has been changed, why is it still required to enter two languages? This should have been the first thing to fix.

In 6Valley, English works as the system’s root language. All database keys, dynamic fields, and fallback text are mapped from the primary language layer to ensure stability across the admin panel, apps, and APIs. Because of this architecture, at least one base language input is required to ensure that all modules continue to run reliably, even when additional languages are added, removed, or translated later.

You are free to enable or disable it along with other languages based on your business needs, but the core language remains necessary for data consistency throughout the system.

Hello, I’m trying out the demo and it looks amazing. I have a few questions: How does the payment system for sellers work? Is everything processed through the payment gateways I have activated? Is it done automatically or do I have to do it manually? For example, I see that if they select credit card, they enter their card number and name, and the money is transferred automatically. Is it the same with bank transfers, or would I have to process those manually? Thank you, I look forward to your reply.

Discount 20% Bade is showing on every Product by default even when product doesn’t have any discount applied.

I have checked your website’s admin dashboard, and it is very good overall. However, I noticed a few missing features. First, when a product is sold multiple times (for example, 100 times), the system only shows the total sales value. It does not show the purchase price (cost price) of the product. If a product is sold 100 times, its purchase value should also be included, but I did not find any concept of purchase price in your system. Because of this, the actual profit cannot be calculated or tracked properly. Second, Pakistan is the 5th most populous country in the world, and ecommerce has huge potential here. However, you have not added Pakistan’s most popular digital payment gateway, PayFast (https://gopayfast.com/). This single payment gateway supports almost all banks and digital payment methods in Pakistan, such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Third, the Chart of Accounts (COA) is missing from your system. Additionally, important features like manually adding expenses, adding bank accounts, and recording product purchases are also missing, even though these are very essential for proper business and accounting management. Overall, your 6Valley multi-vendor system is very good. Finally, I would suggest adding direct WhatsApp ordering and product warranty features as well.

All the fixes we requested to be included in the upcoming update—such as deducting the commission from the seller when using Cash on Delivery—were completely ignored. Instead, an update was released that consisted of nothing more than minor design tweaks. Congratulations on the failed work.

Your regular updates are truly commendable, and we sincerely appreciate the effort behind them. However, for running a real-world business efficiently, equal attention must be given to small yet critically important features, which unfortunately are still being overlooked.

For the past 4–5 updates, we have repeatedly requested the addition of a Product Warranty Module, but it has not yet been implemented. Similarly, displaying category-based related products on the Product View Page is a vital sales-enhancing feature, which is still missing.

Moreover, in the Offers & Deals module (Flash Deals, Featured Deals, etc.), the previous system allowed automatic loading of product lists with search functionality, making it fast and convenient to add products directly from the list. Currently, products can only be added by manually searching one by one, which is time-consuming and creates unnecessary hassle.

Another major concern is that products inside a deal must be deleted one by one manually. There is no option for Select All / Bulk Activate / Deactivate / Delete, which makes managing large deals inefficient and difficult.

These small but highly practical features play a crucial role in simplifying daily business operations and saving valuable time. Unfortunately, such essential options have not been prioritized for a long time.

As one or more valued customers, we respectfully request that alongside other major updates, these important features and modules be added with proper priority to improve overall usability and business efficiency.

1. From the Admin Panel, delivery or shipping cost can be configured in three ways: Order-wise, Category-wise, and Product-wise. Currently, there is no default option to completely remove the delivery cost feature from the system.

2. Vendors do not have the option to select or restrict specific delivery locations. The delivery area or business coverage area is managed by the Admin, and it applies to the entire system. Thank you

we have big problem with the product Sir. 1. in the dashboard, Business analytics values are worng (Total orders, total stores,....) 2. The big problem is when customer pay by wallet from POS, money of customer wallet is debited directly without customer confirmation, and after that we don’t see where money is gone. Money is not in vendor wallet, is nowhere.

I hope that some features will be updated and added, as these are among the most important things we need, and they are as follows: 1- Adding shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, and Poste Italia, among others, along with payment methods, will allow for automatic order processing with these Direct shipping company

2_ We need a tool in the control panel that allows us to create an API for the website so that we can use it with external services.

3- We want an add-on in the control panel that allows us to add any modifications to the website using CSS code.

4_ We kindly request that you update the website’s color section and add a specific color code to this area, as the code field is not working; we are currently selecting colors randomly.

5_We need a control panel tool that allows us to send emails to customers for promotional purposes, and another tool to upload an Excel file containing our customer mailing list.

6_We hope you will create an external platform that builds the mobile application directly through a subscription.
