Hi, can vendors add their customers ? I can’t see the customer list in their dashboard?? is it controlled by admin only??

Sir, the walk-in customers can be added by the vendor from the POS section. However, in general, the customer can only be registered by themselves in the system. Thank you.

We would like 6Valley to add a feature that allows sending messages to customers asking them to leave a review after a purchase, with two different modes: manual and automatic.

1. Automatic mode

Automatic message sent after specific events:

order delivered

order completed

X days after delivery

Customizable message content

Choice of communication channel:

in-app notification

email

SMS / WhatsApp (if available)

Direct link to the product or order review page

Option to enable or disable the feature

2. Manual mode

Admin or vendor can:

Hi, before purchasing I’d like to confirm something technical about 6Valley. Is it possible for each vendor/store to configure and use their own payment gateway credentials (for example Stripe or MercadoPago keys per vendor), so that payments are processed directly by the vendor, while the platform only charges a monthly subscription and does not take any commission? (That the transaction is direct between buyer and seller without platform intervention)

Can this be achieved without deep core modifications, only by extending the vendor/payment configuration?

Sir, At the moment 6Valley does not support per-vendor payment gateway credentials. All payments are processed through an admin-controlled gateway, and the platform manages vendor payouts. Direct buyer-to-vendor payments, a pure subscription-only model with zero commission, or per-vendor Stripe/MercadoPago keys are not available right now. You can customized your system as per your need. This requirement would need deep backend and payment-flow modifications, not just extended vendor or payment settings. Thank you

I want to let everyone know that the new Mercado Pago update is a success. It will be implemented in the next update. I’ve collaborated closely with the team and refined this aspect. There are many improvements ahead, but we’re on track to make the software a success.

Mandatory features (Without these features, the script would be completely meaningless)

  • Each seller must be able to add, manage, and use their own courier for order delivery.
  • Category-based commission system.
  • Option to refund or not refund the commission taken during the return process back to the seller (currently, it is not refunded).
  • A more modular architecture that makes it easier to add new features as modules.
  • Stricter commission management (since revenue will be generated through commissions on this script).
  • Wholesale product sales feature (wholesale / retail).

The multi-language feature is extremely problematic. Even if you change the default language, for example by adding French, sellers are still forced to enter product information in both English and French.

The more languages you add, the more problems you create. And you can never remove English. Even if another language is set as the default, you are still required to enter English content.

Technically, this is not a true multilingual system. It is a language-duplicated system, and this will be a major problem for sellers.

English is permanently embedded in the system under all circumstances.

Sir you can insert the SEO data with your country language. SEO is a continuous process sir you need to maintain your own team for that, the system has basic necessary SEO only. Thank you.

Does the system on allow Vendors to assign delivery to store own delivery boy?

I see Vendors can add delivery boy, can anyone register as delivery boy without being registered by admin or vendor?

if yes, How can they appear on vendor side so they can work as their delivery person.

in short: is the delivery boy GLOBAL to all vendors selection? or every store must register their own delivery person?

Sir, The vendor can assign their own deliveryman for any order if the shipping method has been selected as the vendor’s shipping from the admin panel. The deliveryman self registration feature is not currently available in the 6Valley system. The admin or the vendor can add the deliveryman from the panel only. Thank you.

Please add shipping charges per kg with different kg price for each country, also please add custom commission that we can take from vendor percentage + fixed amount , like i want to take from one of my vendors on every order 5% + 2USD
