I am reporting a critical issue regarding the Vendor Branding settings. While the Super Admin can change global settings successfully, individual Vendors/Tenants cannot update their specific branding information.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in as a Vendor.

Navigate to Settings > General Settings.

Modify the App Name, Footer Text, or Copyright Text.

Click Save.

The system displays a “Successfully Saved” notification.

Refresh the page or view the vendor storefront.

Expected Result: The new App Name and Footer text should be saved to the database and reflected on the frontend.

Actual Result: The settings revert to the original/default values immediately upon refresh. I have verified via phpMyAdmin that the corresponding rows in the database table are not being updated.

Environment & Troubleshooting Performed:

Confirmed on Demo: I have reproduced this exact same bug on your official demo website https://apps.iqonic.design/frezka-saas/app/settings/, confirming it is a core logic issue.

Permissions: I have already reset all server permissions (chmod -R 775) on lang/, storage/, and Modules/ folders.

Cache: I have cleared the application, config, and view caches using php artisan optimize:clear.

Logs: The frontend shows “Success,” but the backend fails to execute the update query for the tenant/vendor scope.

Request: Please provide a fix or a patch for the Controller/Service responsible for updating vendor-specific settings. It appears the multi-tenancy logic is not correctly identifying the vendor’s record during the Update request.

You are correct. After reviewing this from our end, the 24-hour time format setting is not working correctly at the moment, and the system is not reflecting the dynamic time format in some areas.

This is a known limitation in the current version, and our team is working on fixing it so the dynamic time format is applied consistently across the frontend.

Hello, I bought this system a while ago and it wasn’t working. Salon owners or SaaS clients couldn’t create staff members, and staff members couldn’t log in.

I’d like to know if this is still the case and if the system is unsuitable for starting a real business.

Yes, it is possible.

You can first install and use Frezka SaaS on your test server or temporary domain, and later move it to your main domain. Just make sure to update the domain-related configuration (such as .env settings, URLs) when migrating to the main domain.

Hello, Can you help with these two things: 1) When you select country, the related states populate under states dropdown, but when you select a state, cities does not populate under cities. I have added about 40,000 cities across all the U.S. states with all their status set to active. If I take any stateID and go to cities database and filter, I get the cities, but it does not work on the website. Also, the ability to search under the “select2” searchbox against any of those (country, state or city) is not working. It’s as if that field is “readonly”

2) When I update/change anything in the “Vue” template, clear cache, even do hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R), etc., the changes does not reflect. For instance on the login page (/login-page), I removed the section that says “Login As:” with the 2 buttons “Super Admin” & “Vendor”, but they are still showing. Also under “General Settings”, removed “Footer Text”, “Copyright Text”, “UI Text” fields and made them “hidden” input fields to avoid my users changing those, but they’re still showing. I want changes made in the “Vue” templates to reflected in real time.

Also, how do I make U.S. the default on the phone country code dropdown instead of India? Thank you

Hi there, pre-purchase question: are you guys planning to include an offline payment option? These payment processors don’t work in the Caribbean – outside of paypal, which is very costly here. Vendors and the SAAS would need an offline payment option where we can enter bank details for direct transfers as a payment request. The payments can be applied once confirmed.

At present, offline payments are handled from the Super Admin side, where subscriptions are manually activated after payment confirmation. We also plan to add a user-side cash/offline payment option in future updates.

check the installed version:

Check the project files on the server (usually in config/app.php file ).

You can also compare your codebase with the change log entries to identify the matching version.

I was reviewing the demo and it seems one of the most important features is still missing:

_ Allow a vendor to IMPORT products, customers, services, orders to Frezka dashboard.

Every SPA nowadays use a specific system for their daily work and in order to convince them to switch to our Frezka White-labled platform, at least we should allow them to IMPORT data exported from old systems in csv format for example

We understand this is important for vendors migrating from old systems, and we will plan to add an import option to make data onboarding easier.

If you need both a SaaS web platform and a mobile app, then Frezka SaaS alone is not enough because the Frezka SaaS package does not include a mobile app yet.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I have been reviewing the demos, and it seems that some JavaScript errors are preventing several features from working correctly. For example, the tables are not loading in the public admin demo.

Salon-wise domain (multi-domain) and salon-wise app (separate app for each salon) are not available in the system.

Currently, we provide vendor-wise user websites, so each vendor can have their own storefront page, but not a separate domain or individual mobile app.

Hi! Frezka SaaS currently does not support service-specific intake forms (custom questions per service during booking). However, “Custom Form Integration” is listed on their official product roadmap as an upcoming updates.

HI, are you planning to add marketplace website and app for customers where customers can search registered businesses by location and book appointments?

We already provide a complete user specific website. If you want a UI similar to fresha.com, then it will require customization of the existing code.

fresha.com is not user specific website. its like a marketplace where customer can search the salon/spa with name, service or by location. Please check the page once.
