Hi, may I know if there is a way we can turn off the orders in particular zone incase we don’t have active riders. At present I just turn off the payment gateway but it disables orders in all the zones.
Sir, Currently, there is no option to specifically disable the orders for any specific zone. You can disable the home delivery from the system and if you disable then the orders will be disabled for all the zones. Thank you.
Hello, i have a question, i see if the restaurant request withdrawal i am able to see bank details, not if the restaurant do not request withdrawal and i need to pay the restaurant where can i see the bank details for that restaurant, please provide screenshot, also for driver thank you
Sir, In the system, the admin can view the restaurant’s bank details only when the restaurant submits a withdrawal request. At that time, the admin can review the details and process the payment manually. There is currently no separate option in the admin panel to view or access a restaurant’s payment information without a withdrawal request. The deliveryman does not have any option to set the payment details. The deliveryman will get their amount manually. Thank you.
I want to know what the commission setting means in this app. Is it different from Swiggy and Zomato? In those two apps, restaurants have to add the commission to their food prices. So, in your app, will the commission be added separately to the food price, or will it be set by the admin? This means restaurants will simply list their food items, and the customer will see the price including the commission set by us.
Sir, In the StackFood script, the commission is fully set and controlled by the admin. The commission is automatically calculated and deducted from the total order value and added to the admin’s earnings.
Restaurants do not need to add the commission separately to their food prices. They simply list their food items at their own prices, and the system applies the admin-defined commission in the background.

Hi, I’m planning to use Razorpay as the payment gateway for our food delivery app. I need clarification on the payment split flow: 1. When a customer places an order, Razorpay will collect the full amount and settle it only to the admin’s bank account by default, right? 2. Does Razorpay automatically split and pay the order amount to: • Restaurant • Delivery partner • Admin Or should this split be handled by our system logic? 3. If Razorpay settles only to the admin account, how will restaurants and delivery partners receive their payments? 4.Since Razorpay does not have access to the admin’s bank account, am I correct that Razorpay cannot pay restaurants or delivery partners from my account automatically?

Sir, If Razorpay settles the entire payment amount directly to the admin bank account, please clarify the following: • How should the restaurant owners and delivery partners be paid after settlement? • Do I need to manually transfer the amount from my bank account (UPI/Bank transfer) to each restaurant and delivery partner? • Is there any need to add funds back into Razorpay to make these payouts, or will payments be done outside Razorpay? • Will the system only calculate and track payable amounts, while the actual payment is handled manually by the admin?

Sir, The OTP login feature is not currently available in the StackFood script for the restaurants. The OTP login feature is only available for the customers.If you need then you can do this by paid customisation. For that you can hire us also. Thank you.
Sir, I am talking specifically about the customer login. The OTP login option is not showing for customers in our app. I have checked everywhere but could not find this option. All OTP-related features are enabled in the admin panel, and I have followed all the steps as mentioned for the app. However, the OTP login option is visible in the demo app, but not in our live app. Kindly check this issue and let us know why the customer OTP login feature is not visible or working. Is it possible for a user to pay with their wallet? I don’t see that option in the demos. They can fund their wallet but can’t pay with it?
Also I’m not sure if I’m testing with the right apk etc, but when I test subscription orders, it only works if i enable COD, but if i disable COD, it doesn’t work. When COD is enabled, it only allows the customer to pay via COD and not online payment. Is that on purpose?
Sir, if the customers have the amount in their wallet then the customers can pay the order amount with the wallet. You need to enable the wallet add fund and order option from the admin panel business settings section. The subscription order only accepts the COD payment. So, if you disable the COD option then you will not be able to make the payment process for the subscription orders. Thank you.

Sir, Yes, the system provides real-time tracking of the delivery man. Once a delivery man is assigned to an order, the user can see their live location updated every 10 seconds in the Order Tracking section of the app.
