Plivo doesnt accept application like a normal website. You need to have business email id with registered company document and a legal use-case. However if they still doesnt accept your request then we cannot help in that.
Hello, The latest update introduced Voice AI integrations (Twilio + OpenAI Realtime and Plivo + OpenAI Realtime). While this is a valuable addition, it also introduces an extra layer of complexity for end users. In the Manage Connections section, users now see three tabs:
Twilio + ElevenLabs Plivo + OpenAI Twilio + OpenAI
This is extremely confusing for our users. Most of them only expect to see a phone number and the agent to connect, as it was before. I attempted to keep both OpenAI Realtime integrations inactive in the main configuration so that only the original behavior would be visible. However, even when these integrations are inactive, the tabs still appear. Would it be possible to make these tabs visible only when the corresponding integration is explicitly enabled by an admin? This would greatly simplify the user experience and avoid unnecessary confusion. Thank you.

From a SaaS point of view, one challenge I’m seeing is onboarding. The platform is powerful and well-built, but that also means new users can feel overwhelmed, especially when they hit technical concepts like webhooks early on.
Is there any plan to introduce guided onboarding inside the app? Even something lightweight—step-by-step prompts, inline hints, or a short interactive tour—would make a big difference. Tools like Intro.js or similar patterns come to mind, but any native solution would work just as well.
Right now, the biggest friction isn’t the product itself, it’s the learning curve. Users sign up with interest, but many don’t reach a clear “aha moment,” which makes long-term retention and monetization harder than it needs to be.
I wanted to share this as a constructive suggestion, because with smoother onboarding, the product would be much easier to adopt and scale as a SaaS.

At this stage, our primary focus is on strengthening the core platform ensuring stability, scalability, and robustness across key components such as APIs, SIP trunking, webhooks, and messaging workflows. Given the technical nature of the product, we wanted to first ensure that these foundational elements are solid and reliable before layering additional UX enhancements on top.
That said, guided onboarding, inline hints, and lightweight tours (like the approach you mentioned) are certainly on our roadmap. While we can’t commit to a specific timeline yet, it’s an area we do plan to explore as the platform matures.
In the meantime, we strongly encourage users to create their own tailored documentation, videos, or onboarding flows for their customers, as this often works best given the variety of use cases and technical setups.

Dear sir, Your project is already very much good but i would like to request for consider adding AI handled real phone call support in future updates. Not everyone can afford virtual numbers, so integration with PABX/VOIP systems would be very useful. This would make the product even more amazing. Thanks!

Very complicated to install on your own, there are actually 2 concurrent and different setup guides in the zip package: INSTALLATION.md and in the HTML documentation. Which one should we use on that current version? Any plans to fully automate installation?
Firstly its very eary to setup however if you are to new Node application then it can be difficult as you need to run commands.
You eed to read the document carefully before commenting here. Installation document is for installation process ans other is for details about item features. We have proper detailed documentation. We can add installer but that can also fail sometimes then it will be again difficult. current installation is simple if you focus on the steps

1. If you will customise the code then how will you merge the code? If you can manage this then it will work as you will get lifetime updates.
Customisation can never be compatible with original code. Also, note that it will also void the support as no author can support modified code also as per envato support terms
Best approach is to maintain git repo branch and try to merge new updates, but it can be tedious task. Please understand thatvwe cannot assist in customisation

Great product. In a future update, could you please consider incorporating https://ui.shadcn.com ? Using it would help ensure seamless, scalable CSS and JavaScript styling across both mobile and web. I’ve noticed a few minor styling inconsistencies so far, and I believe this would greatly enhance overall polish and consistency.

While you import twilio number please also import Elevenlabs configured SIP numbers as well (this will also solve your Indian number issue I already have indian SIP connections which works very well with ElevenLabs).

Plivo is very expensive they don’t offer SIP to small startup.
You can enable SIP import from Elevenlabs and also to bring down Agentic AI cost you can integrate Likekit this is very cost effective compare to all available AI voice infra.
Hello, I wanted to ask whether you are planning to add some standard, out-of-the-box integrations (for example: Google Calendar sync, and common CRM connectors).
At the moment, for instance, syncing with Google Calendar requires a level of technical setup that a non-technical user would realistically not be able to handle, even though this is generally considered a basic, expected feature.

We have webhook for this instance however adding google calendar sync is a good suggestion actually, will share with the dev team.
Great ! thank you very much, because when using this as a SAAS, most user won’t know how to use the normale webhook, actually this software is rich on feature (this is a compliment not a bad thing
) and to be honest just to use it may be challenging for most user. Do you plan on adding some type of built in help system ? or some scrypt like intro js to help them use it ? this would increase the user retention because at the moment the monetisation for this script is very difficult.. for example right now i see people subscribe and leave after the first use because they dont get how to use it.. if it is not planned, i would like to make the suggestion for this too because to be able to acquire and keep user for a saas is like the first thing… thanks again for the great work !

At the moment, everything seems usable only inside the SaaS dashboard, which limits real-world use cases.

- Visitors can actually have a web call with it and it can be fully equipped with KBs so trained voice agent like we do have it on our demo website.
- Not really, it is very useful and startups with same idea & tech have been raising millions of $$$, just google AI voice agents and see the industry, Real use-case is AI call automation.
- Website widget is just to attract users, it cannot play for long as it will be mis-used which will lead to lot of credits spend
